Buywell is a good contra-indicator, Bullet Ant is even better. He got caught out badly recently trying to talk down TXP when they were around 95p. Haven't seen much of him since. I think he must be holed up somewhere licking his wounds.

When we got the buywell countertrend indicator buy signal I accumulated loads on this between 102 and 105, it should be a minimum of a double bagger

Ah! Nice to see you here, Fizzy! All things considered, I'm not doing too bad - hope you're prospering too? I'm hoping to have caught this one at a multi-year low. A great quarterly divi too. What's not to like?

It could be the last chance to load up this week at around these prices, we know that income for Q4 is going up, we know that commodity prices have gone up and are continuing to go up, we also know the next series of royalties/equity investments will be in the EV battery metal growth sector which is only going 1 way for the next 10 years..

Chart wise, we have seen a triple bottom at 100p and rebounded off it..

We know there are a couple of new royalties coming subject to closing and the next update is due around 20th Jan 2021..

Onward and upward with 6/7/8% yield subject to the final dividend for FY closing this month, and there are 5M shares less to divide it by... :o)

Looking a lot more positive here. Needs to break out of the 100p - 130p range where it has been stranded for the past 6 months.

So we have advanced notice of the BOD accelerating our portfolio further into the EV metal space, as the underlying commodity prices strengthen..

Given our history of going in with Orion in phase 1 or 2 of a project, I have a pretty good idea where the next royalty / equity investment is going too.. :o)

Anglo Pacific to transition from bulks to battery materials, CEO Treger saysAnglo Pacific is poised to transform into a battery materials company next year and will make a number of transactions to achieve this, its chief executive officer said.Julien Treger said that the company - which has a portfolio of royalties and metal streams in mainly coal, iron ore and uranium - plans to focus its attention on lithium and cobalt, key raw materials used in the production of batteries for electric vehicles."It's been quite frustrating that we haven't executed on more transactions in 2020; I think a lot of people were a bit surprised by the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and it took them a while to decide how they were going to move forward," he told the virtual Mines & Money conference on Wednesday December 2."That's really picked up pace in the last quarter, so we are actually super optimistic about executing on a number of transactions as we pivot away from our bulk materials heritage towards more battery metals. We would expect to see a series of new transactions as we transform...https://www.metalbulletin.com/Article/3964904/Iron-ore/Anglo-Pacific-to-transition-from-bulks-to-battery-materials-CEO-Treger-says.html

What we can say with some degree of certainty is portfolio contributions for Q4 will be a lot stronger than Q3, LIORC should match or beat Kestrel income and on that basis the share price should reverse its trend.., all commodity prices are up setting us up for a strong start to 2021, and if the next super cycle is about to run with copper being the lead indicator then we are in for a strong recovery here, for any chartists, then we have bounced off a triple bottom too..

Next update around Jan 20th... :o)

I came across a curious a curious piece of information the other day by accidently clicking on an old thread. Around ten years ago our shorter (who has since bought back their shares) were once the main holders of this stock. (Or at least a closely related fund). They have residual knowledge of the seasonal and index driven events that can affect thee APF stock price.

I think it's unlikely Salamanca gets developed. The McLean Lake Mill however is of strategic importance to any sustained uranium bull market. APF obviously have a royalty there. Similarly, they own prospective land around Nexgen's arrow deposit

BKY 30.10.2020: During the quarter, the UL was granted by the Municipality of Retortillo under the terms established in the Urbanism Law and Urban Planning Regulations of Castilla y León. The UL is a land use permit needed for construction works at the Salamanca mine. The grant of the UL is a significant permitting milestone for Berkeley and a positive step in the development of the project. The NSC II
permit is now the only pending approval required to commence full construction of the Salamanca mine.

The Company formally submitted updated official documentation in relation to the NSC II in March 2020. During the current quarter, the Company held further meetings with the Nuclear Safety Council ("NSC") technical team to discuss and clarify minor queries on the updated documentation. As requested, the Company submitted written responses to these queries, along with additional technical information, to the NSC in September. The next step in the process is for the NSC technical team to finalise their report and submit it to the NSC Board for ratification.

Progress on so many fronts for our portfolio of income generating assets, and with the backdrop of increasing commodity prices, forward royalties and dividends is why we are invested ... :o)

Add to that some new additional royalties and the green NRG revolution adding further future value and c100p looks a very good price now the shorts have closed to build a position for income and a CG ..

Yes, agreed Laurence Llewelyn Binliner; 2021 for IOC looking positive and a less cautious approach to dividends is expected. the outlook for Iron Ore over the short medium term appears good.

#Sporazene2, yes it looks more like a FY total of CDN2.50, and all depends on the special element of the quarterly dividend.., but it does set the stage well for 2021 for us.. :o)

IOC is a joint venture between Rio Tinto (58.7%), Mitsubishi (26.2%) and the Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Income Corporation (15.1%)

Total dividends from LIORC were $4CDN per share last year

Despite the recent great news of a dividend from IOC this year, I dont see the LIORC dividend getting anywhere near last years number.
