The auction close goes higher every day so someone is snapping up the cheap shares in auction

Typo should say £15 million royalties in 2013 , 2019 they did £59 million royalties. So big rise in revenue and profit yet share price half the price from 2013

Kestrel has approx 3 years of full revenue before the mining moves outside of the royalty area. I'm quite happy that's enough time and funding to largely replace that income. Might not get there fully until Piaui comes on line, but JT is confident they'll do it.

Cheers farmer, you could it also doesn't cover the upside to its other royalties which are going to rise as milestones are hit and production increases. The share was higher when APF was only making £5 million in royalties when the CEO first started back in 2013. Imo it very undervalued at Current share price

it doesn't cover the risks of Kestrel's final few years of revenues being at suppressed prices and therefore not providing the resources to reinvest in sufficient size to cover the shortfall. Nor does it cover the risk of softening iron ore prices not supporting a 7% yield.
Apart from that, it's a neat visual summary

Probably doesn't help. Kestrel predominantly ship their coal into India however.

Company share buybacks so far have been spread throughout the day and for random amounts totalling around 125,000 a day..., we will see what gets printed tomorrow morning..

[edit] so our 100K buyer yesterday was a PI as expected... :o)

I wouldn't get too excited. This isn't a multi-bagger with exponential upside.
But from the 100-110p level it does hopefully give some degree of capital protection, a decent ROE, and some commodity-linked protection from monetary expansion policies.

Finally bought my 1st tranches today after watching the price movement and volume this week. Think its a great investment or trade and has some very good royalty potential both current and future. A decent business and revenue stream and dividend. Plenty of potential news flow also :)

I would imagine Liontrust are a seller. Macro funds that have just been closed down were a large holder.

Hi All - been watching this one for a while and had a small position for a few weeks. Have increased further this morning. Seems like a good chance that IOC will pay a dividend in Q4 given the improvement in iron ore pricing. Copper price also in good shape and some decent newsflow to come from APF over the next quarter. Given the publicity coming from the CEO they are keen to get the share price up by the look of things. CEO also getting a nice dividend payout and judging by the commentary coming out on this topic and the cover it seems fairly solid.

As others here have noted the key long term question to answer is how they replace the Kestral revenue and whether or not you back the mgt team to do this. Given track record, sources of liquidity and the runway they have to do this, I am confident.

Will the brokers drag it down Again to fill there orders cheaper?? They have done it since the buyback. Basically they are using there buying power round set the price lower by controlling rhe book. Its not illegal its just working the system. I want to buy but when is the question. I nearly bought yesterday and when it opened up today I wished i had....lol
