Fall out from the cyclone means that the Q2 coking coal contract price still has not been set, but may be higher than thought. On the other hand Kestrel may lose some sales in the quarter. Whitehaven looks unaffected.



The timing of the disruption in Australia may strengthen the hand of producers as they negotiate second-quarter contracts with Japan’s steelmakers, according to Credit Suisse Group AG. The second-quarter price may reach $180 a ton, Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Andrew Cosgrove said.

Mr. Blyth acquired 5,090 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of GBP1.15 per Share. Mr. Meier acquired 12,560 Shares at a price of GBP1.16 per Share.
