almost compo results time,,,, oh the excitement :-),,,, I shall stick with EVG next week odsjp as it's serving me so well :-) LOL,,,, must say the AVCT spit test (as cmb refers to it :-) cannot come soon enough for the world,,, but, is taking way longer than I thought it would :-) hmmm, come on Alistair old chap, the world needs you!!!

When the facts change i change my mind what do you do?

I've not owned ALBA for years

This year because
1. Gold hitting new highs
2. They plan a drilling campaign
3. Chart had based

I had a fresh look

I found a Company with a very interesting almost UNIQUE gold mine in a SAFE Western European jurisdiction

I found a Company that has worked hard on a project for years whilst underlying commodity and sector out of favour

When juniors talk 'visible gold' it's always worth paying attention

The chart showed all the bad news was in the price. There was only upside left.

Yes we know gold is high and going to go even higher.
But until we get the Q3 production numbers out the way,because they are going to show another low quarter of production,the share price is going nowhere.Whats needed is a good jorc report, and conformation that they will be having a excellent Q4.
If not we look to the gold price to keep us even in this range. ANy news on a delay to getting to the higher grade gold will give people another chance to buy in at a discount price again.

Careful guys ALBA is a lifestyle share for the directors. Following them for years, so many projects but done nothing with them. Seen share count increase five fold in same time. Just because they are drilling a few holes in an old abandon gold mine doesn't change a thing.

Not just VISIBLE GOLD in the small mine they are re-opening BUT

in soil anomalies on a 9km trend around the Dolgellau Belt they've discovered some areas with AVERAGE grades ABOVE those of existing Mines !

Yes goldrush, there could be 3+ pieces of news next week. Conclusion of JV (as you suggest), interims (almost certainly) and JORC upgrade (if not next week, the week after). There is also the potential for other news such as progress on the down dip for the new portal and extension/expansion of the PSA. It could be an exciting week!
