Jeanesy said all along I’d be interested again around 1p but what’s that £400k contract going to make in profit? For me the real unknown is how they can scale up, they look a relatively small operation, think I noticed 90 operatives somewhere? How much profit can those 90 make?

REAT looks a good business waiting to happen but how quickly is another story and maybe that’s why the price got ahead of itself.

Wan

I am worried what the Q2 numbers will look like at TXP. The problem is that its going to eat into the drilling capital.

pogue the REAT news looks good for a small cap but i would be interested to hear your thoughts on what constitutes good value there. IMO the price got way ahead of itself at 2p and some will have seen todays news as a chance to recap some loses if buying at that level. Some say that this will be good value at around 1p , so still lower than 1.3p . Im really not sure on this one myself

BUR worth keeping an eye on, 4.28 RNS yesterday confirming AGM resolutions were passed, had been presented by company as a potential problem. Chart looks like series of higher lows, can it make a higher high and press on?

httpS://twitter.com/badcharts1/status/1260678676242464770?s=21An interesting chart that shows how quickly the price of gold can move when a currency - in this case the NZ one - wobbles.

looks like we are in for an interesting next 6-8 weeks. How will Gold react with a further big dose of QE in June/July?

One gets a strong sense that the pressure in the Gold cauldron continues to rise & a that the lid cannot be held down for too much longer this year

"For those who missed all that, here is the layman's version: the Fed has flooded the system with liquidity... and it is not enough, because the way helicopter money works, is that liquidity supply (the Fed), and liquidity demand (Treasury via debt issuance) go hand in hand, and periods of too much supply, as was the cash with the Fed's massive QE in late March and early April, are promptly followed by periods of dramatic liquidity demand, such as the next month when $1 trillion in liquidity will be drained to fund the US government "money helicopter."

This also suggests that Deutsche Bank's estimate of a $3.3 trillion cumulative shortfall is accurate and that the Fed will soon find itself trapped again, because instead of injecting liquidity it continues to drain it by shrinking the weekly POMO injection.

As a result, Powell faces a two-fold problem: since the Fed chair has taken negative rates off the table, Powell has no choice but too boost QE again, and unleash another firehose of liquidity in the financial system. However, any such reversal to the Fed's current posture of shrinking QE will be met with howls of rage, especially in the political establishment. Which means that, just like in March when the Fed used the first pandemic-induced market crash to unleash unlimited QE, the Fed will soon have to go for round 2 and spark a new market crash, one which it then uses as an alibi for the next massive liquidity injection. Failing to do that, watch as the dollar takes off as markets sniff out that another major dollar squeeze is imminent. And since this will accelerate the liquidity crunch, one way or another, the coming 992 billion net Treasury issuance will serve as a trigger for the next market shock, one which the Fed will quickly reverse by expanding the already unlimited QE by over $3 trillion on very short notice."

The only question we have is whether this will be the market crash that the Fed uses to unveil it will also buy equity ETfs next, or if Powell will save this final bullet in its ammo for whatever comes next."

Good to hear the history of you early ,brave and successful Aaz investor's!. I have to confess i'd never heard of the company until a week or so before i started to buy this Feb.i feel the company possibility falls down abit of a crack in the market i.e abit too mature and successful compared to the average Aim explorer ,ie so many Aim savvy investors concentrating on finding the next Aaz,but conversely not really on the radar or known about by the general investing public

I do remember almost topping up at 8p on the way up but didn't. I kind of kick myself now but then again I can't really can I. I invested my divi into other gold mining companies and they're coming to life now. My portfolio is mainly gold mining. I don't do SB or trading after having some bad experiences. It's too much like gambling for me and not good for getting a good nights sleep at times.
