Oh don’t worry I often worried I was bonkers on this journey
I stopped worrying a couple of years ago when I was stood on the back wall at Gedabek

And I probably was thinking I was a bit bonkers doing it at the time! I'd have topped up on the way up and was tempted to but it was a large proportion of my portfolio so was already top heavy and still is.

WAN

I also hanging on to MPH seller will clear eventually and hopefully had north.

Gold moving higher should be a blue day for the gold bugs, I've a small holding here TSG,CNR, decent wedge in GDP and CORA but the one I am overweight in is hum most frustrating gold company I hold all gold producer are up hum just tittle tattles along, 3 very good quarters should be dept free end of year producers 120k plus per year 28p looks so cheap.
market doesn't seem to trust the management team from previous mishaps over the years hopefully its hums turn for a run north this year.

Wow that’s a hell of an average!
I wouldn’t mind betting that’s the best on the board nowadays.
Once had an average approaching that but it’s soooo far north of that nowadays.
Well done.

Sorry if I offended someone for the down tick in my earlier post. Maybe a reason would be nice. Bwana you did well to top up in PUR at about 25p, at the time I wasn't in a position to do as I had a buy order in TSG at 40p. Limited funds. PUR looking good, just have my original stake. Will wait for first pour.I can only recycled what money I have in my ISA trading accounts and will not add more. This way if everything goes wrong I will not lose all my savings. This is another reason why I tend to book profits when I see a share reach my short term targets. It is best to book an early profit then a late loss.Remember everyone, you will live a happier life if your nice then always being rude. This is a good thread, there are plenty of other threads for rude people to make their mark.

Some of it was luck but you need a bit of that in this game. I've had some disasters but this one more than makes up for those I'd say. I just looked back thro my records and couldn't believe I'd got some for 4.2p! I've also been lurking on this board since 2013 so thanks to all the contributors over that time which I'm sure help sway my decision making.

I'm one of those said lucky ones with a holding average of just shy of 12p. I first bought back in 2013 for 45p on the gold story and noted there wasn't a lot of shares in issue which said to me they didn't like to dilute. I saw them rise to 60+ before falling and falling and falling. I topped up at 23p, 10p and 6p where I then stuffed them in an ISA and bought a further 50906 at 4.2p on 23th Feb 2015. That was my last buy and have not sold a single share since. You could say I'm now in for a free ride but long may the story and dividends continue.

The DOW begins to look as if some sort of reality is finally sinking in, which one might think would lead to people taking cover in gold. It's plain that their only tool in the box is to keep printing money in the hope that people will go out and spend it.

Wan just had a glance at the volume on AA. then noticed the TR1’s, clearly dragged the price back down. Thought the results were pretty steady but with a sizeable seller and chance of bear market, they could get dragged back to pre results low.

One to keep an eye on, as once the seller clears it will possibly be less volatile than some, on my watchlist anyway.

Brasso forgot to add my thanks for the link.

Not me CMB on PUR now, flipped between the U.K price and Canadian playing arbitrage, then made what I considered an ok return and I ditched that one too.

Bad luck on the futures short too Brasso, a broker once told me 85-90% of retail lose on those futures shorts over time and warned me to leave alone. I’ve never bothered trying to prove myself on dummy accounts with it.

Brasso, thanks for the video link.
Oh' I did very well during the market fall. I loaded up PUR @ just above 25P.
It has risen to 57P now.
I think just me RB and KK are holders here. I think it has a fair bit more to rise. NAI of course.
Wan'good on you for loading up in AAZ rather then reducing. I think Bill was very good in that video.

Wish I was a bit more brave when it dipper to 80p. I think it was almost impossible to sell anything else to release funds though during those days.

My SP500 short did well but got stopped out on the WTI June futures short.

Why anyone would sell AAZ anytime now Brasso? Anyway it’s a steady ship, rise or not. Don’t have any dramas holding long term.

AAZ should do well now over the next week.

Why sell now with two broker notes and a proactive interview in a short time frame. On top of that gold looks like its ready to break out.
