Wan don’t know about confident lol, Gran Colombia unnerved me and has somewhat riled me, so I went to cash with a big chunk and it was probably the wrong thing to do! But emotions got the better of me and so I’ve decided to give what was my 2nd biggest holding a wide berth for now. The only good thing is I’ve always been able to trade large volume with that and Wallbridge, always able to exit easy but both are gone.

AAZ is now my standout by a mile and close to half my portfolio right or wrong, trying to resist adding more lol. So instead I’m building up Roxg and Ely. Managed to get some Victoria Gold back too, not held that for awhile but something going on there today, it was a bit speculative I admit. Still looking for another Silver play besides IPV and still looking to ditch my last real dog NUS, should just bite the bullet and be done with Oz since I ditched CHN far too early; probably be my biggest gainer this year, CDV too, so accumulating a few d’ohh moments along the way.

So you asked what I held, they are my main ones aside from a free carry on Jan I’ve been trading and very small batch of FDBK. Rest is cash, getting near 30% of my trading pots, now that makes me say a yikes!!

The 'finish' did not make sense Brasso ... two small bids specifically put into the closing auction for 127p, totalling 1,100 shares. No corresponding seller at that price at the start of the auction but, some were matched up at the end.Stock was freely available below that price before the bell. Just does not seem to make sense other attempting to ensure a Blue closing price which, in the absence of news tomorrow, will just see the price open down following the opening auction. The trades being reported here are all over the shop just lately.

Ouch

Not a good sign and I wondered why it was dropping fast. Maybe that gap will get filled on DDDD?

aha 4D holdings RNS, Richard Griffiths sold down from 8.91% to 5.94%, still a fair way to go then before he's out, if that's his intention :-) GLA Holders, Cheers Wan :-)

Hmmm,

China’s own scientists may have inadvertently stumbled upon the truth. A far more likely explanation is that the pangolin RBD was inserted into a bat coronavirus by genetic engineering.

Cheers

I've got the Ninety One (was Investec) Gold Fund and also the Ruffer Gold Fund. Both seem fine, they do what it says on the tin.

I would strongly recommend steering clear of anything leveraged: gold companies are volatile enough. Watch NUGT for a while and the swings are crazy

Well, it says on the blog that the author is long on TXP so unlikely to find a negative investment case there!

Wan - thanks for that TXP link. Nice to see a bullish case. I have been saying TXP should be nearer a pound on what we know already from the current results. I notice the author didn't appear to ascribe any value to current prodution, nor Coho in his write up though?

yep, I'm half in right now and expecting there to be a lot of price volatility this month and maybe next,,, hoping to average down on my oilers if the opportunity presents,,, but I do not want to be 100% out at this stage as who knows what might happen :-) Cheers Wan :-)

Wan

I think there will be a better opportunity to buy oil stocks in the next month. The current price will not be helpful in controlling the OPEC+ nations outputs. I doubt the supply/ demand and storage issues are over.
