"lIKE El1te being told face to face of major interest in the farm out and of due diligence for the sale of US Assets"

"I was told in no uncertain terms that the process was being extended due to excess interest."

Told by whom, not by Brian Hall himself, surely?

They might not even mention a GSA in the next results.
The potential loss of Nytora is looming all too large at the moment.

I think we have all learned from AEX.

lIKE El1te being told face to face of major interest in the farm out and of due diligence for the sale of US Assets, which actually resulted in, well tbh, our seismic was not good enough, and US is such a liability due to non maintenaince that we had to give them away for peanuts, so too hard to swallow.

Results end April, I hope its not too long a wait for holders, surely the Co dare not put out yet another ''A Gas Sales Agreement ("GSA") with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation ("TPDC") is in final form and pending sign-off from the board of TPDC.'' or is it with the Tanz. authorities? Ive lost track!

I would have thought that you, of all people, would know that Aminex is not AIM!

Anyhow, as always, good to read your views.

Thanks Gerry; although not sure it's what Aminex shareholders want to hear! Whilst the company specific points aren't relevant here, the idea to profit-take on a spike that you note is very important I have found, as almost all spikes in resource stocks on AIM retrace.

Back to Aminex, I keep track partly down to having followed it for so long (and incorrectly) previously, and partly as a reminder of lessons learnt that won't be forgotten. For example, the most important lesson learnt from Aminex (back end of 2013) is for me to always form a fairly concrete view on a company using solely the figures (and narrative that suggests the figures are not a fair reflection), before reading company outlook narrative or contacting management. After all, during the farmout process, I was told in no uncertain terms that the process was being extended due to excess interest. Obviously that could be argued to be true very tenuously, but in reality it was probably far from the truth!

It will be interesting to see what materialises through the rest of Q1 here as it's pretty pivotal.

All the best,
El1te

Hi Gerry
Yes, I'm pleased with its progress. Hoping it will be as successful as IP Group has been. Just about made up for losses on the Tanzanian Dog!

He is not everyone's cup of tea, though I enjoy listening to him, and this is a bit of a ramble:

Two points he makes.

He is asked where to put your money now in this bombed out market. Where is the value. He says, anyone with near-term oil and gas production.

He also says that companies below $250m mcap are only on the register of 2% of fund managers and banks. Confirming Jay's comments earlier.
