Right, and has that first agreement been signed? I've not seen anything. I get that it's a VERY tough environment out there and there may be good reasons for a delay, but we hear nothing.

What is Yellow Jersey doing? There are many ways to get messages across to PIs other than issuing an RNS. This means nothing to the apologists out there, but I'd like to see more from my company.

(Aminex PLC KNDL - Partial Disposal Update)



"Aminex and Solo will now proceed with the assignment of the initial 6.5% interest in KNDL for $3.5 million. The parties have agreed to extend the deadline on the option to purchase an additional 6.5% on the same terms to 30(th) January 2015 as a result of the longer than expected time taken to obtain the no objection notification."

So looking at the statement now, I'm reading this as, they are proceeding with the assignment of the initial 6.5% interest, but that might not be completed until after the 30th Jan, so maybe no update yet to report there. Plus the extended deadline on the option to purchase an additional 6.5% might well now have lapsed being Sat 31st, so maybe a KNDL update regards the additional 6.5% is due Monday.
