Ptoecting your cattle is hardly brutish cruelty. They would regard it as self preservation.

The lions probably just wanted to be friends with the cattle or,at worst, eat an old one at end of his life who gladly sacrifices himself. The circle of life.

But stupid humans get in the way with their brutish cruelty. Makes me mad.

They would say that the lions should not be allowed to kill their cattle. (which is also animal cruelty).

See what I just did?

Joestalin - no that is animal cruelty. The massai folk should not be allowed to kill lions.

If lions were roaming your neighbourhood, you would want them shot. Massai folk have cattle to protect.

I've come to the conclusion that the Tanzanian media is far more interesting than our own:

You don't mess with the Tanzanians, especially if they're Maasai, even if you're a lion!

Pensioner2 - its collected independent of government axation to avoid control by government of the day. Public broadcasting plays a role that shouldnt be completely linked to profit. Like Aminex.

"The BBC, over recent years, has shown itself to be below contempt and should have to either live or die by its' own commercial success"

You would prefer to pay for the evil empire of Rupert Murdoch? That is the alternative.

Anyhow this is off-topic. We need an RNS to pick over.

@Pensioner2 re 50918

Do you think that it being illegal to possess a device capable of receiving BBC broadcasts without a paid Licence also "childish really"....???

Slightly concerned anti-anarchist, Flackwell Heath.

Funnily enough gerry, yes. The TV licence is a tax and should be marketed as such, imo. The BBC, over recent years, has shown itself to be below contempt and should have to either live or die by its' own commercial success, or otherwise. At the moment, imo, it is just another big leech sucking from the UK body corporate.

I was thinking of a spike and then a lot of profit taking for days after such an rns

So 5p would be what 90 million GBP? Not sure GSA for KN-1 alone would really justify that.

We'd be looking at farmout for that, surely.

Actual confirmation in an rns will finally end rumours and that matters are on track and I think then we will see the 5p days again

A negative, but respected, poster has stated that he will sell at 3p.

Not sure I would; once through 3p looks like clear blue sky to 4p at least.
