09/8/2019 07:21 | 'Multiple' would have been a bit of a stretch if only two so think we can take it the are more than two and we know there are several potentially interested parties anyway. | bountyhunter
09/8/2019 07:19 | Let's ask Rossannan .. | davwal
09/8/2019 07:19 | I think that the AMER board do follow this bb (sic)! This is what I posted a few days ago. It's spot on. Let's hope that we see 20p today. sji - 01 Aug 2019 - 14:13:06 - 22387 of 22755 It's almost 2 weeks since announcing the start of the Formal Sales Process. I would guess that by now, whoever is interested in buying parts or all of AMER's assets would have notified his interest. So, IF it is true as the Board told us that there were several entities that contacted AMER BEFORE the actual process commenced, now would be a good time to issue an RNS stating the NUMBER (not the names!) of companies that showed an interest in AMER. By itself, this would raise tensions between those potential bidders who really want our assets. | sji
09/8/2019 07:17 | Let's go mad and say 6 participating! | yasrub
09/8/2019 07:15 | I don't think multiple is 2, must be min 3 | mortgage freeman
09/8/2019 07:15 | Be nice if three or four | juuunx2
09/8/2019 07:13 | So, at least two interested participants. | davwal

09/8/2019 07:10 | 9 August 2019 Amerisur Resources Plc ("Amerisur" or the "Company") Update on Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process On 19 July 2019, following receipt of interest in the Company and its assets from other industry participants and in order to maximise value for shareholders, the Company announced its decision to conduct a strategic review, including a formal sale process ("FSP") as set out by The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"). Multiple parties have now agreed to participate in the FSP through the signing of a confidentiality agreement. Participation in the FSP includes the provision of confidential due diligence materials and access to Amerisur management. The Company looks forward to engaging with all potential offerors in a constructive and positive manner through the FSP to achieve an outcome that maximises value for all our shareholders. Further updates regarding the FSP will be provided as appropriate. Shareholders are strongly advised to take no action in respect of their shares until completion of the FSP. | thefartingcommie
09/8/2019 07:08 | Doesn't get any better than that. Hold for bidding war :) | pauliewonder
09/8/2019 07:03 | RNS out this morning. Multiple parties participating in FSP. | blackdown2
09/8/2019 06:54 | FT Alphaville free to register - and not only is there the written analysis from Stifel on the live blog but also a pic of the detailed Risked & Unrisked Valuation per Stifel Analysts For CORE NAV Stifel has on a Risked Basis for Amerisur p/share (on a net basis) - Plat 1P -> 5.4p per share CPO5 (Mariposa) -> 0.5p CPO5 (Indico) -> 4.1p Occidental Carry -> 2.5p OBA Pipeline (2K Bpd 3rd Party) -> 0.9p Adjusted Net Debt/Cash -> 3.2p Total Risked Core Value = 17p (Unrisked 18p) Plat Probable -> 2p per share (Unrisked 4p) CPO5 Drills + Upside Net to Amerisur (Risked) -> 18.3p of which Sol only 0.4p (Unrisked 69.5p) CPO5 Potential + Core NAV + Plat = 37.3P per Share (Risked) according to Stifel Other Blocks on Chance of Success (Occidental Farmed Out 50% + Amerisur 100%)(Risked) -> 27p (Unrisked 85p) Therefore Total NAV per share on a Risked Basis is 64p & Unrisked is 176p I would be over the moon with Stifel Target price of 37.3p per the above non-published note excerpted in FT Alphaville!!! Excellent elaboration of the potential upside for Amerisur. Check out yourself on FT Alphaville (Free to register) | ashkv
09/8/2019 06:53 | Someone please lock this loco character Rosanan (and for good measure throw in XNJR) - drones on and on and on - about 24-25p. IT IS AS IF HE IS PAID TO DO SO. Below excerpt from Stifel - should be the target number. ABOVE OR BELOW 37P!!!!! OTHERWISE BOARD A FAILURE & SHOULD BE SUED. M&P SHOULD SCURRY OFF AND BEGONE!!!! | ashkv
08/8/2019 23:38 | Quid -- need to give Lucy a break perhaps ? Lucyp00p 8 Aug '19 - 12:38 - 22732 of 22743 There is a mostly daily repeating trade sequence . imo -- he is correct, especially with regards to the closing trades. The share price is where someone wants it to be . | westmoreland lad
08/8/2019 22:53 | I don’t pretend to understand the algorithmic devices in play, but I’d presume in the current circumstances it’s the MMs, who are duty bound to accept all trades, using auto-trade sequences to keep the share price within preset margins. The share price got away briefly the other day to 19p when the bots were snoozing. Interventions were quickly made to ‘correct’ Something like that. | davwal
08/8/2019 16:55 | The trade pattern I mentioned earlier happened again at 16.27. Thoughts anyone? | lucyp00p
08/8/2019 16:47 | Hermes still adding? They have bought over 3,000,000 shares in a few months | tyler durden1
08/8/2019 15:50 | There is a poster on the Ironveld messageboard called profit7 who is very similar in his style of posting. Repetitive posts that add nothing to our knowledge and mainly posts yo himself !. Sad people I say | underhill2
08/8/2019 15:42 | If we all block him, (as most of us have) he's just shouting into an empty room. Like he's in a padded cell. How appropriate. | lucyp00p
08/8/2019 15:32 | He must love the figure 24 !. He is the sort of person who loves posting rubbish every day and is best ignored. He adds nothing to our curent knowledge. | underhill2
08/8/2019 15:27 | Rosannan , doing my head in ffs , blocked . | boatman123
08/8/2019 13:29 | Not at all scientific and you are just taking up bandwidth by trying to keep your price at the top of the bb. I wouldn't mind but in the process you are burying other, perhaps more worthwhile opinions and viewpoints and making in hard for anyone logging in once a day to separate the wheat from the chaff.
