07/8/2019 19:10 | Ok thanks. So we can glean from that if nothing within the 28 days M&P must be participating in the formal sales process as: "...for so long as it is participating in the formal sale process." | bountyhunter
07/8/2019 18:57 | Which concession? Can you elaborate on that please? | bountyhunter
07/8/2019 18:33 | No, there is a concession from the takeover panel to go away with the time limit. M&P can take all the time it wants before it makes a move. No time limit. | sji

07/8/2019 17:11 | I wouldn’t” Too simplistic throwing in a number and placing a bet. | leas1
07/8/2019 17:10 | I will even vote against a bid at 38p as I do not believe it represents a third of what Amerisur will be worth in a short space of time what with Occy and other assets plus strategic oba | foiledagain
07/8/2019 16:52 | give me a proof that they are actively marketing and inviting to maximize value lol | kaos3
07/8/2019 16:49 | For those of you still daydreaming that AMER will attract several bids for its assets (as being led to believe by our board - who by the way, as far as I know, some of whom had companies listed in the Panama Papers - that's for their credibility!), now would be the best time for any hostile bidders to raid the markets as it would be extremely easy to collect a sizable stake in the company at relatively cheap price (22-23p) in my opinion. Today, AMER fell 3.6%, like several other oil companies that are not in takeover mode! That should be indicative of something for "normal-thinking" people (not those with tinted glasses that still believe in Santa!). How come the share price is moving down when we should soon get a fantastic bid? Is the market that crazy or is the market realizing that maybe our BOD is raising the hopes of its shareholders too much - as has been the case in the past? If ever there is going to be some hostile approach, now would be the best time to act when the markets in general are crashing! If we do not get any hostile bid within days, I am afraid that we will not get any. As usual, this is all in my opinion and I have no inside information whatsoever. I just try to reason out things! | sji

07/8/2019 13:42 | Jinxxr you wouldn’t have to submit a CV, it’s evident by your posts any employer would snap your hand off for your services. | dayway123
07/8/2019 13:41 | CV to News of the World. Newscorp Fleet St. Important to include your ability to count above 25p! However, I do think any views posted on these bb’s are irrelevant. Good for gauging general sentiment and research that is relevant to the fundamentals. | leas1
