tcrober1 I can't understand it either as CNOOC went through all this "due dilligence" and it took them a year to do it, surely another Chinese company with ties/connections/friends at CNOOC doesn't need to go through the whole process again. All the government stuff must of already been in place because if I recall it was them who gave ANR the hurry up. Been here 8 years now and really really frustarted with this glacial like pace of movement, still see it as a massive opportunity for us small pi's though as this project is potentially huge.

Cube boss. Not a lot of English directors left so not sure of their holdings to date. This company is now firmly under the control of the Chinese. PF was the only Director worth his weight in gold before his untimely death. The other hangers on have added very little if anything at all.

SP will rise on naff all volume if they are buys! with around 790mill shares and nearly half held tight:
Wintask Group hold 230,000,000
Tongjiang energy hold 86,704,081
And the directors hold a few mill!
You can see why this will move on little volume.
The news we are all waiting for could come with the results within the next few days, last year the full results where issued on the 31st October.. GLA ;0)))
