Personally I have no idea who zulu is, I posted a few weeks back that he had only just joined ADVFN so would take his posts with a pinch of salt.
I posted on Thursday that I had met some friends, a couple of whom work as analysts and Altona was mentioned as a stock which is in focus.
Risk reward is negligible -
risk = how far can you fall from 1p? - not far
reward = if you've been invested here as long as I have, you know the score
zulu isn't wide of the mark with what he says, but he is guessing IMHO - at least I can trust the info that I have - and - as I already mentioned., I've been invested in ANR for years.
Have a good weekend - let's see what next week brings.

We have increased our holdings in Altona Energy (ANR) in advance of JV news, and forecast re-rating back to 3p-5p triggered by JV newsflow.

most long termers need over 5p+ just to b/e. managed to average down as the asset has huge potential as you all know. we need that game changing news though, which i am guessing can't be far off now?.

Melograme. Closed my 2 longs positions at 6340 as I was going out and thought I could get in lower. Sub 6300 would have been nice but a hard call.

Anyway. Maybe Altona at long last will be making up for those losses.

ANR looking good, the longer they talk the greater the interest in reaching a positive outcome. A sustained weak crude oil price in the face of falling demand will cause oilers to reduce their investment plans. However, the inevitable continuing growth in global population will ensure the relentless demand for electricity. Right up ANR street.
