maybe, maybe not depends on the carry. 30/40/50% would still be huge but would expect nearer 50% to BFS as the options indicates on binding deal.
The CNNOC deal was around 50% so why should it be any different?. The resource is proven. Wintask surely want the best outcome holding 30% in ANR investing at 1.4p.

I do think that some sort of deal is not far away.
What no one knows is whether it will be a good deal for small shareholders.
A JV partner is not going to give anything away that he doesn't have to.
If a JV partner has access to the capex required, then that puts him in
a very strong bargaining position.
Without the capex, all we have is a pile of coal in the ground.
My feeling is that we are going to have to hand over a lot more than 50% this time.

Massive potential.

Massive 10 year plus timescale until revenues.

A deal woud be transformational here, the asset is world class by anyones standards so I am hopeful of a succesful conclusion in the near term after board shake up.
