08/3/2012 11:15 | I think it needs to break out which should shake off the shorters, then we will see a big rise. I'm not bothered who joins the company, all I'm interested in is the results from the Akzo tests. | beeezzz

06/3/2012 12:32 | The company only gives information that is relevant to the SP, there is no point giving time lines if they are unable to keep them. The testing will take as long as it does, Akzo need to prove that it will be an viable investment for them, However, I imagine this will be before the summer as stated they are gearing up to produce thousands of cells, they wouldn't do this if they weren't pretty sure an order was forthcoming. | beeezzz

02/3/2012 15:27 | I almost sold this yesterday and would have taken a 6K loss if I had. Maybe I was right to hold on for a little while longer, it looks to be turning. | outfly
02/3/2012 10:19 | At last somebody had picked up on the losses in transmission, which is considerable,we could probably need to produce a lot less if so much wasn't lost. V=IR ohms law. I noticed on Horizon Brian Cox talking about the increased energy needs by 2050 specifically Electricity and the numbers were phenomenal. I think we take electricity for granted, simply because we have continuous supply, unlike some other countries, we only need to look at South Africa and the problems they have had with supply, effecting their mining industry for one. It is now a vital part of our lives. I remember a program with Arthur C Clarke and he said that super conductors would be our panacea in terms of energy supply, I am surprised Mr Cox never mentioned ways to use the energy we generate more efficiently. | beeezzz
01/3/2012 16:15 | rovi57....Believe me I have questioned my sanity at times, whether to take the small profit I still have and move on, yet, one has to find another company to invest in and for that reason I decided to see this out too conclusion of the tests, I've been in this for such a long time now, I tell myself not weaken. With great deal of experience in engineering I know that prototypes and new projects never go exactly to plan, however, I am sure that the staff running the company have made every effort to avoid major set backs, slight tweaks here and there will probably be needed. One thing that must be understood, if the results are very positive Akzonobel will be as keen to get this up and running as AFC are, for the simple reason it will improve there costs, also reduce their carbon foot print, so we could see this take off very quickly once they get the go ahead, you can be sure that other Chlorine manufacturers will be watching as much as we are. | beeezzz
01/3/2012 15:12 | Boy am I relaxed... not! but trying to be. | rovi57
01/3/2012 10:35 | Relax... They have told us that the FC at Akzonobel is producing electricity, which proves it works, it will take time to test, I think a little more patience will be rewarded with some good news. Somebody thinks so they brought 225k at £53.4k. The trouble is the market can only see cash burn, which means they expect a fund raising sometime this year, however, they only need to see revenue coming in and that fear of fund raising will disappear. | beeezzz
29/2/2012 16:30 | we are due some news on the trial units ! | broshm |
