04/4/2011 14:47 | When did Linc Energy orginally invest in AFC and at what price? They seem to be doing a similar deal with a new AIM listing | lbo
04/4/2011 13:18 | Back test of that 66p resistance level, has now become support and demand returning. | matt123d
04/4/2011 12:40 | Al H, it isn't old news, it about a potential JV with Centrica, to be our ESCO partner, but am sure you probably already new that! lol | fartoogood
02/4/2011 08:14 | Has any one heard any mention of a deal with waitrose, was mentioned along with centrica by some chaps who have been in these for some time. | bangers for bucks
01/4/2011 18:03 | Al H, You're short and losing money. Who's the clown! Try your hand at trading on the CME and you'll learn about charts and using price action and volume to your advantage. Applying it to stocks then becomes easy. But unfortunately from what i've seen from your narrow minded posts you'll stick to your own opinions and won't take my advice. You're the only one who knows whether you're making money in these markets! AFC avergae daily volume 494,000 1.16 million traded today increasing daily from 255k on Monday. | matt123d
01/4/2011 17:26 | I was getting abit paranoid about where the news came from re JV. see below a link which confirms the story: AFC Energy advanced 4.25p to 59.25p on talk of a joint venture deal with giant utility Centrica | sheikh maktoom
01/4/2011 17:17 | "Look at the volume, increasing with each session over the past five with price action to match." Eh ? You looking at the right chart here ? "News and financials are irrelevant" - Classic ... wotta clown ! | al h
01/4/2011 17:07 | Look at the volume, increasing with each session over the past five with price action to match. Text book with or without rumours of joint ventures etc. Have always said price action and volume are all that matters in these markets. News and financials are irrelevant. | matt123d
01/4/2011 16:56 | I like the bullush comments , we have been here before ,hoping it pushes on now !! | ccr1958
01/4/2011 16:44 | Yes that high 60s region is the key. Shouldn't be anywhere near as much supply in the 70s. | matt123d
01/4/2011 16:35 | broken out of triangle. going north if it stays over 67 | dr_ex
01/4/2011 16:18 | Can they do it before the close ? | ccr1958
01/4/2011 16:06 | Nice. Through that important 66p resistance now. Next area of potential supply at 72p. | matt123d
01/4/2011 16:02 | anything is happening !!! | ccr1958
01/4/2011 10:48 | Well it is April the 1st, so anything could happen, as long as it's blue. | beeezzz
01/4/2011 09:29 | 66.25 is a resistance level. I do not see the share price crossing this point today. Hopefully I am wrong. | realism
01/4/2011 09:19 | Alistair/FOF. O.k let me know nearer September, I'm sure it will be no problem. Have a great time in Vegas. | manxcat2
01/4/2011 08:55 | Added more here. Back above all moving averages and has regained the upward trend channel on increasing volume. All moving averages positive and weekly RSI turning up. | matt123d
01/4/2011 08:41 | The comparison is what you believe on the net in the absence of anything formal from the company. Jurnos rehashing old news as something new. Happened recently with GKP, just as an example. | al h
01/4/2011 08:35 | Al H - 1 Apr'11 - 08:28 - 2398 of 2400 Happened many times with GKP recently. Huh ? The comparison is ??? FoF | flatoutfred
01/4/2011 08:33 | Al H, Please don't tell me you've actually placed your first trade and shorted this! | matt123d
01/4/2011 08:28 | . MANXCAT2 Morning and its nice and BLUE so far, long may it continue ! Thanks for the offer of the Escort but the engine wont be back till next week and I'm off to Vegas for 2 weeks on Tuesday so won't have anytime for a decent shakedown prior to the event and the Manx is not a place to go unprepared. Instead we will run course car on a smaller event mid May and the first proper event in the car will be the Jim Clark at the end of May. If all goes well we will be over for the International in September and if your offer is still open I would be delighted to take you up on it. I expect the whole market to turn to a down trend today with all the bad news around in particular IRISH BANKS but hopefully I will be wrong. I did make a few quid ( well quite a few actually) when I bought these at 30+ and sold at 50+ but got back in at 72.5 and they did climb a bit but I had decided that these would produce a very good return "eventually" and I still do although, as I said, I was getting a wee bit nervous as I would have sold if they had dropped as much as 50% of my previous profit. Long way to go for these yet, it's only a matter of time. FoF By the way, my real name is Alistair. | flatoutfred |
