AIM listed 4D Pharma PLC filed a Notice of Appointment to appoint an administrator in the High Court today (24/06/2022). Greg Connell, Managing Director of InfolinkGazette, commented: “pharmaceutical companies can burn a lot of cash during the development of therapies; 4D ended 2021 with a P&L deficit of (£166,608,000) and a material uncertainty clause in the going concern assessment.”

Nigelpm. It is safe to speculate because the share is suspended and I had been looking at 4D as I am in AGL and STX and also planning to buy POLX (yes I like Pharma) and had checked Oxford Finance. I just wonder with recent changes whether their lenders will move them to junk. No idea but just thinking. I cannot see how it can be good news right now.

Oxford Finance LLC we’re given. BB- rating by Fitch on their 6.375% $400m debt line. They were already in deep financial troubles and I think it is them that are the cause as the cash is no longer there. Just my view.
