Looks like Goliath will be the chosen solid state battery for tata agratas in Somerset factory.
Probably take a big stake in Ilika at some point.

Goliath way behind my expectation. Can't see any OEM putting in serious cash for another 12 to 18 months. Some grant funding likely in the meanwhile but think shares will sadly drift further

Plenty of cash for now. The big $$$ required to scale up will come from third parties. Hope the CM day provides more info on Goliath relative performance v incumbent lithium and other competing technologies.

The Gelion news is interesting. Way too early to compare their tech with Goliath, but plenty of room for multiple battery technologies in the future as everything goes electric. What it does demonstrate is how quickly shares can move in this sector. Ilika will hopefully reveal more on the upcoming Capital Markets day.
