13/7/2023 07:50 | You open yours, the finances you mention today were issued last month as unaudited. Did you miss it? | kenjen1

13/7/2023 07:30 | Well well, Stereax production brought forward to next year! That’s a huge result and will ensure money flows in much quicker than we thought. Really good news. These results really show a business moving into production and commercialisation phase. Onwards and upwards. With 15.9m in the bank the interest rates for business bonds being around 4.5% we will even make around 600k a year interest. Good stuff. | kenjen1
13/7/2023 07:24 | I don't like today's results one bit. I can't really see anything positive. This snippet from the results speaks volumes :- Turnover Turnover, all from continuing activities, for the year ended 30th April 2023 was £0.7m (2022: £0.5m). This includes £0.7m of grant income recognised from four projects that the Company has in progress with Innovate UK (2022: £0.4m from seven programmes). Non-grant turnover in the year was £0.0m (2022: £0.0m). | rogk
12/7/2023 21:09 | Well let's see what tomorrow brings. The results will be rubbish as expected but maybe the Cirtec deal gets announced or at least an update is given. More interesting will be Stereax order information and Goliath technical update. And yes I will ask about the Toyota technical overlap in the investor presentation | robertspc1
10/7/2023 18:03 | What’s your reward for investing your hard earned into Ilika?? A 10% instant loss of capital (check today’s buy/sell spread) | phil2003
05/7/2023 13:41 | Ilika tweet on automotive.https://t | kooba
05/7/2023 07:52 | I do wonder if stereax will be sold off and the company will focus on Goliath? Stereax is so medically focussed that some of the major oem in that sector must be looking at the potential and thinking I’ll take the lot. I have a feeling we may see something similar to that happening here | kenjen1
04/7/2023 19:36 | No. I've been a shareholder here for years and have consistently argued that this is a long term risk reward opportunity. The fact that Toyota is claiming a real breakthrough is positive for SSBs and I suspect they and Ilika have some common IP from their early work. The company has also hinted on numerous occasions that they will bring in OEMs to scale Goliath. This is not a trading share, I hold lots of it in my SIPP | robertspc1
04/7/2023 17:43 | Robert, that is pure, unjustified pumping. | horneblower
04/7/2023 16:57 | Very interesting article in today's FT about Toyota breakthroughs in SSBs. Will be mass produced and commercialised in EVs by 2027. Guess who Ilika's original partner was on SSBs ten years or so ago. Yep Toyota. Sooner or later a battery or auto OEM is gonna buy big into Goliath IMHO. | robertspc1
03/7/2023 07:42 | We are due formal results next week, I’m thinking we may get an update this week re cirtec? That’s really want the market wants to see. A model where Ilika’s ip is licensed and produced commercially by OEM :) If they get that announced and add a few more customers to the growing list I’ll be happy. | kenjen1
30/6/2023 14:18 | Just check their website for the development stages.. No Goliath news until 2025 yawn, yet more grant funded, academic hot air whilst the cash burns.. “The kick-off meeting for the 24 month Faraday Battery Challenge took place on February 27th 2023 at Ilika’s headquarters in Southampton. The aspiration being to integrate high silicon content electrodes into the Goliath solid state batteries to achieve automotive level performance”. | phil2003
22/6/2023 17:20 | How long do these things take? Announced mou about 6 months ago? Guess that’s normal given the amount of detail to be agreed. Dunno…never written one :) | kenjen1
16/6/2023 08:18 | Yes no output must mean poor news. Go figure that one. They have already said a Goliath update will be forthcoming in july :) | kenjen1
16/6/2023 07:44 | Horneblower, no further news on the output of their Goliath EV battery vs. Li-ion so we can only assume the output compares poorly as per Jan comms. | phil2003
15/6/2023 10:06 | Where is Goliath in the power to weight ratio stakes? Has there been any information since the January half-year report saying that they hadn't reached that of ordinary Li-ion batteries? | horneblower
15/6/2023 09:26 | Making batteries needs $$$$$. Britishvolt and AMTE overhyped and overspent. Ilika very cautious and now focused on design and licensing model for Goliath. Long way to go but there are some promising early signs. And the UKBIC relationship is a massive help | robertspc1
15/6/2023 09:13 | One less potential competitor who were no where near selling or licensing their product. We are selling and producing and have money for at least another year 👍 | kenjen1
15/6/2023 08:09 | Just to be clear, I meant not solid state :) still a battery producer of course | kenjen1 |
