20/12/2023 22:45 | I stand corrected, hadn't scrolled down that far in the RNS. Not that it changes my long term conviction view. I'm not a trader so will continue to add to my pension pot on weakness | robertspc1
20/12/2023 22:11 | Oh really robertspc1 !!!! From the Herald RNS The percentage of voting rights held has moved from the previous holding of 5.14% to the existing holding of 4.93%. | rogk
20/12/2023 18:52 | No they have been buying | robertspc1
18/12/2023 10:26 | Herald Investment Management Limited have off loaded recently have they not? | rogk
18/12/2023 08:48 | Not sure how you get your that conclusion. But many institutions have had redemptions etc. Volumes remain tiny here. This is definitely on corporate radar screens now so personally don't see much downside barring technical screw ups which obviously can happen | robertspc1
15/12/2023 09:50 | Institutional Investors seem to be selling IKA stock. Tells you everything you need to know. | rogk
15/12/2023 09:13 | Why have you sold out. Are you just a short term trader | robertspc1
15/12/2023 08:57 | Bought a few more for 44.9p | volsung
15/12/2023 08:26 | hxxps://www.ilika.co This is well out of date and I'm sure there was a more recent updated list that has now disappeared !? The newer list I saw had very few II shareholdings from what I remember but I don't remember the date on it. Someone needs to ask the company to re issue the latest shareholder analysis. | rogk
13/12/2023 15:22 | RNS Holding today. I've sold out again. | rogk
08/12/2023 08:23 | Would be nice to see 50p as support | volsung
08/12/2023 00:36 | …we upgrade our FY 2024 revenue forecast to £2.0m (from £1.4m). Combined with higher revenue, lower costs due to the Stereax technology transfer mean EBITDA losses were £1.9m (H1 2023: £4.1m) with cash burn in H1 of just £1.9m (H1 2023: £4.8m). We reduce our FY 2024 EBITDA loss expectations to £5.5m (from £6.2m) and year-cash increases to £8.5m (from £7.2m). | malnu
07/12/2023 23:11 | Even the naysayers are now starting to believe. Yes IKA is risky and Goliath may prove to be a dud. But valued at 77m quid v $3bn for QuantumScape. When someone comes knocking maybe late next year I think a $bn valuation is possible. That's 10x. DYOR | robertspc1
07/12/2023 17:15 | MATERIALS FOR ENERGY RESEARCH UPDATE Lithium-ion batteries break energy density record 21 Apr 2023 Isabelle Dumé Graphic showing that the energy density of lithium-ion batteries has increased from 80 Wh/kg to around 300 Wh/kg since the beginning of the 1990s Technology advances: the energy density of lithium-ion batteries has increased from 80 Wh/kg to around 300 Wh/kg since the beginning of the 1990s. (Courtesy: B Wang) Researchers have succeeded in making rechargeable pouch-type lithium batteries with a record-breaking energy density of over 700 Wh/kg. The new design comprises a high-capacity lithium-rich manganese-based cathode and a thin lithium metal anode with high specific energy. If developed further, the device could find use in applications such as electric aviation, which requires much higher energy density batteries than those available today. Lithium-ion batteries are a key technology for helping to reach climate neutrality goals. They are increasingly being used to power electric vehicles and as the principal components of domestic devices that store energy generated from renewable sources. The technology has greatly advanced too: since first commercialized by Sony in 1991, the energy density of lithium-ion batteries has increased from 80 Wh/kg to around 300 Wh/kg. | horneblower
07/12/2023 15:59 | I think you'll find it IS lithium-ion. Do a little research, perhaps? | horneblower
07/12/2023 15:55 | Only a matter of time And it has many advantages over lithium-ion By the time you get the results YOU want the price will be 400p haha Chart is good for another surge maybe in January so load up (dyor) | shstt1
07/12/2023 14:57 | This article from Physicsworld.com is quite useful... hxxps://physicsworld | horneblower
07/12/2023 14:55 | No. Haven't bought yet. Ilika need to get to around 350 watt hours per kilogram which is the current commercial energy density. Next year it is likely to be 400 W hrs/kg. Physics labs are currently producing pouches at 700 W hrs/kg but they are not commercial yet. Ilika may yet make a breakthrough but I am not counting on it. | horneblower
07/12/2023 08:53 | Haha well well - I suppose having spent many yrs of your life researching Ilika to not hold some would be bonkers and horrendously pointless Bet hornblower has bought secretly too, you can’t be so close to this company and not realise the potential now. It’s taken years but this ol tree could start Bearing Fruit!! | shstt1
06/12/2023 16:10 | Quantumscape still valued at 3bn. I'm rolling the dice on this news today. | rogk
06/12/2023 15:06 | Seriously after all your previous comments.. | robertspc1
06/12/2023 14:42 | Bought a few just in case I'm wrong and share price goes crazy valuation re Quantumscape | rogk
06/12/2023 11:20 | Goliath prototypes being sent first half of 24. This is starting to get to the point where customers and markets now believe. Brilliant update. Is this the first ever solid state ev battery to meet lithium ion parity? | kenjen1
06/12/2023 10:53 | Been here for years - a very long bet. You never know. At least they have stuck at it. | irenekent
06/12/2023 08:46 | Bought some. Bit of a milestone | volsung |
