Ok in theory he wont sell UNTIL that is they are worth far more than todays share price.
Thats his plan his record shows this, why would he change the way he's gone about doing bisiness this time.

You can't say he isn't going to sell any as you are not party to the terms and conditions of whatever agreement he has signed. Directors can and do sell and sometimes they even remember to notify the market of such.
My simple question is how much is this valued at? He's getting 25% of the company for what? A 15% interest in a highly prospective contract..hmmm. No doubt the 241 million shares already cover the $1 million so it's a win win situation.
No point in asking the company as they don't reply to my emails.
The market reaction to this wonder deal speaks volumes as we are back to where we were before it was finalised.
I hope this goes well as am well under water here.

Consideration for the acquisition will be satisfied by the issue to the vendors of HALO of 241,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 25% of the enlarged issued share capital. Application has been made for those shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to take place on 31 October 2014.

Doh- how could I forget having 25% of the company being transferred at an undisclosed price per share. Sign me up for the board if there's a spare seat at the trough.
How are we supposed to value this deal when HALO is bringing $1million to the trough and we in turn transfer 25% of the enlarged capital at a price of one shiny bean per share or am I missing something here as well?

412069 - No offense but I won't believe that Butler and Yeo are gone until I see an RNS. Losers like Butler and Yeo do not easily leave companies because they know that nobody else wants them!

Nick a few will add our come on board here, WSX is worth double it's value at this moment in time on cash and assets alone. FG @ a penny for instance 90% less than offerd = £9m alone.
