They will have a plan in place apart from the Phillipeans project no doubt.
They are a proven success at taking small oilers to new heights.
Still had any posts from the chaps who said this deal was not going to happen!

So the deal is done and we await developments.
HALO bringing $1million cash.
Do we know at what price and terms the 241 million shares will be issued at? Due to be admitted to market in 4 days time and will there be a tie in agreement to prevent these from being sold immediately?

On a normal day, news like this would have easily bagged it and more. It could happen yet as it seems too many are on the side waiting for the next move. So if it starts rising it will then continue IMO. Nothing to lose at this level IMO as all future news will be positive now and active I reckon.
