14/9/2016 14:44 | FFS no wonder some of you fu*kw*ts have to spend all day glued to your screens. | michaelmouse
14/9/2016 14:40 | I agree with MM, especially non-execs are like consultants, not even permanent employees. Plus, this guy just spent his entire annual salary Trakm8 gives him to buy shares of the company. No one would do that for show, this guy is in the inside and sees what the rest of us don't. | blondeamon
14/9/2016 14:40 | Simon Thompson of Investor's Chronicle is a big fan of this company. | big_cat
14/9/2016 14:35 | It's possible. Although I don't see supporting the share price with director buys as being this BOD's style. They've had ample opportunity to do it in the past and haven't. Why change tack now? Their method seems to be to quietly and calmly get on with the job at hand. | knowbodyyouno
14/9/2016 14:33 | "On the flipside they could be trying to stop this support from going." Right up there with one of the most stupid things I've ever seen written on these boards, and that's saying something. Do you think the Director's give a sh*t about some imaginary support line that pillocks like you spend all day looking for? The Director is a non-exec who has just doubled his holding by spending £40,000. | michaelmouse
14/9/2016 14:14 | yes that's a solid director buy there. On the flipside they could be trying to stop this support from going. | runwaypaul
14/9/2016 13:56 | Director buy at 200p for 20,000 shares. It's not just me that thinks this is a bargain here. That's £40,000 he just splashed here and he's a non-exec director. He has 40,000 shares now. | blondeamon
14/9/2016 12:19 | Only, Today and did it online and could get trades through from 1,000 to 5,0000 back to back. Not in one. | 40toolong
14/9/2016 11:31 | Today you mean? Just out of interest - were the MM able to put it through in one go - or did it take a number of sells to execute? | knowbodyyouno
14/9/2016 11:06 | I can confirm the seller was me, needed the money for house work so sold 30,000. Sold at a small loss. Still a very large holding Just saying. | 40toolong
14/9/2016 10:51 | For every seller there is a buyer so I'm not sure we can read too much into large trades. Think it is best to focus on what sort of value you think it is worth now given conservative growth rates over the next 5 years. For me it looks pretty good value down here compared to its peer group but I don't think it falls into the dirt cheap category, but then quality seldom is dirt cheap. Log | loglorry1
14/9/2016 10:39 | And last week we had a 450k Sell as well. Not many have that amount of stock so it's probably one of the funds involved in the placing or a director. An RNS shouldn't be long for either case. | blondeamon
14/9/2016 10:23 | theres certainly a 5k seller around. | runwaypaul
14/9/2016 10:05 | Filtered this idiot. Will keep company to APAD and all the other trolls who come here on the down days, always with nothing to say other than deramp and mention Quindell or another disaster that has nothing to do with this company. | blondeamon
14/9/2016 09:50 | Ah remembered - Quindell & Globe both went down due to fraud. Not necessarily the case here but continous selling pressure needs further investigation | big_cat
14/9/2016 08:58 | Well as a holder who is well under water the only logical explanation for the big sell off over the last 6 months is that there is at least one large seller in the market and until they are done the share price is going to be under serious pressure. | salpara111
14/9/2016 08:52 | In fact, that's one of the factors of the wild swings here. A very large majority of the shares are highly held by the BOD and employees. There's no fraud here. Go spread your slander/defamation elsewhere. In fact those sorts of conversations are needed on the WRN board. This is one of the most transparent AIM companies I've come across. | knowbodyyouno
14/9/2016 08:48 | No shares were dumped by John Watkins. | knowbodyyouno
14/9/2016 08:40 | Tree shakes tend to happen in rising shares blondeamon, not ones sold off by 50% from highs, certainly in my experience. | pj 1
14/9/2016 08:39 | its the 2m share dump by waytkins? | rubberbullets
14/9/2016 08:39 | Polly peck? | stopps
14/9/2016 08:37 | What was that company with Greek directors which went bust due to fraud? | big_cat |
