Elland Road. Great username, hope this takeover business is resolved soon! How long does Brian have though?

Tldh- plenty of auction results expected as contested actions reach their conclusion. On phone so tricky to post links.

" we may see our first revenues as a back-end registry operator as early as Q4 2013, and revenue from the sale of domain names from our first wholly-owned new gTLD by Q1 2014."Be good to know if we're generating yet? Results were released end April last year I think.

Someone on the LSE forum had an email from TLDH coroborating the multiple auctions they anticipate being involved in.

They wont confirm or deny participation in specific auctions but it'll be very interesting to see the outcomes nonetheless.

As we know from previous statements, most of those Auctions will take place within H1 2014, hence the major re-rating of the share price expected!

MFM Techinvest Special Situations Fund - February 2014 update:

Recent activity includes adding to the position in Top Level Domain Holdings. The Company is focused on the new generic Top Level Domain (gTLD) sector. Domains, such as .com and .net are regulated by ICANN which is controlling the expansion of the domain universe from 22 names to more than 1,000. Top Level Domain already has 15 wholly/majority owned gTLDs, including .fishing, .cooking and .country. It will be bidding, via a round of private auctions, for 43 further gTLDs (including .app, .cricket and .fashion) that are contested by other applicants. The Company has a cash balance of £30m to use during the bidding process. The nature of the auctions means that winning bids are distributed equally among the losing bidders.

I think the placing shares are suppressing the share price at the moment! It just depends how many are being sold!Several 50,000 blocks sold yesterday.

Forecasts of 20p by the end of this week look fanciful. I would have preferred them to be correct.
