09/12/2022 12:22 | May be just under the notification for EGM Rmart as you say but what is the real truth with our company. | vauch
09/12/2022 12:07 | AIM Rule 15 – any disposal which exceeds 75% in any of the class tests is deemed to be a disposal resulting in a "fundamental change of business". Of course they could agree to 74% of greenfield changing hands and then there is no need for a GM. The funders could then take a stake in TOM? | rmart
09/12/2022 12:03 | I agree on lack of information. I have been moaning about that for years. | goulding1215
09/12/2022 11:59 | from RNS. one scenario that is currently under active consideration would involve TomCo disposing of a majority stake in Greenfield to a partner(s) in return for, inter alia, certain upfront cash consideration, a continuing equity participation for TomCo in Greenfield without the requirement for further capital contributions from TomCo and the provision of a sizeable funding package to Greenfield. It is the intention of TomCo that any funding package provided to Greenfield would enable the construction of two oil sands separation plants capable of processing at least 6,000 tonnes per day of oil sands, along with at least 14 in-situ oil recovery wells. Any such proposed disposal would likely constitute a fundamental disposal pursuant to the provisions of Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies and therefore be subject, inter alia, to the approval of TomCo's shareholders at a duly convened general meeting. If we need a GM they need to give 14 days notice. An rns today would make that the 30th Dec. Deadline for the TSH2 land deal is 31st Dec. Yes it maybe extendable but seriously JP has been saying funding is coming since April! I accept there may be a change in the deal which means no GM required but if so why have they not told us anything .... AGAIN. | rmart
09/12/2022 11:48 | What deal, are Tom doing something? | vauch
09/12/2022 11:40 | You need to check that Rmart. The deal isn’t dependent on the EGM. | goulding1215
09/12/2022 10:22 | rmart you sound a little frustrated. | vauch
09/12/2022 10:13 | frack all. | rmart
09/12/2022 10:12 | What has Fracking to do with Tomco | vauch
09/12/2022 08:54 | Who trusts RMART? | lopodop
09/12/2022 08:39 | Just a small point Reichy but if you had not eviscerated sensible comments on your thread your followers might have been ahead of the game. The Board of TOM knows its shareholders and shareholders have been unnecessarily shafted. Meanwhile it appears that you have been dodging the bullets that have hit the likes of DF. Unimpressive. #shafted#reichsmart | the diddymen
09/12/2022 08:32 | Just guessing that the odd smaller investor will sell out in the coming days. This will only affect the price if the blotting paper does not absorb the free stock. The next question is when they buy the next three months between now and 31 Dec, where will the share price level out? 0.0015p? | the diddymen
09/12/2022 07:59 | So if there is no rns about the GM today the deadline to buy the land by 31st dec will be missed on the proposed deal. Unless there is another plan, they failed. BOD has to pay the price imo. | rmart
09/12/2022 06:14 | Sorry from LSE | talais
09/12/2022 06:13 | From ADVFN "Anyone else not find the knew news yesterday in the daily mail regarding rishi sunak negotigating a deal with the USA for "fracked GAS" (all the while hypocritically banning fracking in the U.K.)"Yesterday? It was initially reported on the 9th November, a month ago.https://www.dail | talais
08/12/2022 15:40 | If the story HAS ended and some will assert that it finished many moons ago, Groat must hand this entity to a RECEIVER FORTHWITH IE prior to Christmas. | lopodop
08/12/2022 10:01 | COMMUNITY SERVICE POSTA note to anyone perhaps reading this board with a mind to invest or has been contacted by a broker offering shares. Please do not contemplate investing in this company. It has no value and has wasted tens of millions of pounds of previous and current investorsâ monies and delivered nothing but despair and anger. Your money will be lost the day you entrust it to this scandalously corrupted vessel of a company. It exists only to take your wealth and has no intent nor ability to create any value. All the people who tell you otherwise on this board or elsewhere, are those who had the misfortune to be suckering in and have only desperate voices left to bear testimony to their losses. | thesageofsaint
07/12/2022 20:13 | rmart - I'm astounded at how many have kept faith here. I look in every few months and see a lot of familiar names. I've still got a fair few from June 2017 - they dropped too fast for me to get out. I held on hoping they would recover but no such luck. I guess some made money here from trading but there can't be many. I also lost money with spread bets on TOM and to be truthful, I lost all my profits in what was, up to then, a reasonably successful year if it wasn't for TOM. I should really just close my position and forget about it but I keep it as a reminder never to fall for get rich quick shares again and keep clear of anything Mr Multibagger (or whatever his latest alias is) is involved in. Good luck to all who stick with them. I'm not a big investor but the total I lost was enough to make me kick myself for falling for such a dog share. btw - the actual shares I bought in 2017 cost £5616. They are now worth ......£10.22 | riverdiver
07/12/2022 19:15 | We have had faith for soooo many years ! It’s wearing thin. One of 2 things will happen here, either JP pulls it off and gets the deal, or he will be just another leader of Tom to bite the dust. Then we start all over again. I hope he does it, I’ve now gone 80/20 against. It too near the deadline (again). | rmart
07/12/2022 18:30 | Have faith, just prepare for the majority of Greenfield to be given up as part of the deal, but funding for two highly profitable plants, not necessarily CORT. | thrgef
07/12/2022 16:12 | look out boys ducky is on fire today | vauch
07/12/2022 15:55 | rmart back in , that was obvious he does not bother until it hits his buy price. good luck to him , it takes all sorts to make a market. As for DF - why have they not announced one way or the other - its the game. Look , its been going for years on narrative alone. No business , no sales , massive losses. If that can be achieved with if, buts and maybes (and caveats that nothing might happen) why stop it. This game can carry on for another decade as long as all the interested parties are willing. Obviously some of the previous directors did not want to be part of it - so they left with big pay-offs what did they know ? What have they agreed not to say ? | fenners66 |
