In all the hype, please don't lose sight of facts ..

The Company was going to borrow an additional £300m to get it through the winter.
This loan was conditional upon selling the airline and thus reducing debt.

The airline sale didn't happen and thus the access to the extra £300m loan has gone.

At the moment the business cannot survive the winter months - it will go bust.

It is losing £500k per year currently and is £1.2 BILLION in debt.

The Board has appointed JP Morgan to restructure the balance sheet to repay debt and realise cash.

They have announced that this will be done via a huge dilution - if creditors will accept this solution.

Just be careful if you're throwing more money at this to average down.
Even at this low share price 7% of the equity is still short.

The market is rarely wrong to that extent.

Over 7% of the Companies equity is still loaned out (short).

This is a HUGE amount.
The Market is very confident that this is going to be heavily diluted - effectively shares becoming worthless.

Be careful following another trade … you really don't know what is going on there.
MM's certainly making a packet.
Small P'I's nearly always lose.
