May as well stick this one out now the share price has found it's downside level so from here the negative risk factor would appear quite low. with this many extensions surely they have to come up with a price

Private equity group EME Capital's approach to jeweller to the stars Theo Fennell has won an extension from the Takeover Panel. It has until 31 October to make a formal offer for the Aim-listed jeweller. Theo Fennell's shares gently sparkled up 0.25p to 12.25p.

having looked at EME, looks like the middle east are gonna pay for this brand. high value original costume jewellery sold to the rich and famous is right up their street. having spent alot of time in the UAE over the last ten years and for 15 years worked for the Kuwaiti's this certainly fits in with the mind set of those from the region. not long to go now, but if they want something they usually get it.
