28/8/2012 07:37 | Not sure TFL makes profits? | bonio10000
28/8/2012 07:17 | Be careful as Tifany has warned on profits... | simon templar qc
31/7/2012 14:19 | I think not in terms of return on investment over a five/ten year period. Growth in wholesale and concessions could have a very rapid effect as long as they come up with the designs and offer a broad range with price points for the luxury gift market. zaksab 30 Jul'12 - 22:46 - 576 of 578 Slightly rich to suggest that fennel could be a mulberry. | clocktower
31/7/2012 14:18 | Shop numbers have fallen due to Olypics which is quite a surprise.. | simon templar qc
31/7/2012 08:16 | hope the olympic tourists get a chance to stop off in the burlington arcade on a spree. | empirestate

30/7/2012 17:16 | Might be a very good time to follow them as this could become another Mullberry in the course of the next five years. The Brand has value - it has been poorly manage but things look about to change. | clocktower
30/7/2012 07:59 | should be on the leader board today with those directors having purchased a decent few, may be it will encourage a few others to buy some | empirestate
27/7/2012 13:20 | certainly something stirring here with those trades | empirestate
27/7/2012 11:36 | reckon the todays and yesterdays trades may well be directors purchases, let's see, unless anyone else owns up of course. L2 sitting nicely poised at 3/1 | empirestate
27/7/2012 10:02 | bonio, the company is well capitalised at £5.9m net considering the current market cap of £1.9m . the management have taken action to reduce the cost base and have implemented new initiatives to improve revenue growth, so from this level it appears a decent bet. | empirestate
26/7/2012 21:11 | Why? Has it ever made a profit? | bonio10000
26/7/2012 18:50 | possibly todays small spike could have been a overhang clearing | empirestate
26/7/2012 15:50 | looks pretty decent value from here | empirestate
16/7/2012 11:19 | Boodles have reported a good year so Fennells results may not be too bad imo. | the_beagle
06/7/2012 16:15 | Doesn't sound like too much disagreement here. This feels like one of those stocks that will bounce 50% in a day... but might fall to 2p before it does. A luxury retailer may see some value in the brand and leases, but it is hard to see a profits driven recovery here. Good luck to those with the guts to buy! | goliard
06/7/2012 14:43 | Keep out is my advice. | simon templar qc
06/7/2012 14:30 | goliard...I agree re the NAV, but the reported 32p must surely be of some worth to shareholders. I also agree the intangibles include investments in associate companies. The properties appear to be leasehold on a rental unchanged for a few years and have at least 5 years to run, perhaps at the current figure, suggesting there could be some value there. The flagship store is in a very good location. I've had a small bet that the results might not be too bad. But it is a gamble! | the_beagle
06/7/2012 12:25 | I think they sold the freehold for the posh shop in london years ago ? profits - i doubt it at this present time ? that leaves the brand . Im sure they are a well connected bunch so i doubt they will go under ? where to step in for the gamble thats the problem !! | superiorshares
06/7/2012 11:26 | NAV is a pretty useless measure of anything in this type of business. I haven't looked, but there are likely to be a lot of intangibles making up this NAV, which in reality have no value. The only relevant assets are either freehold property or cash, but in the crazy London market a lease could have some value too. The only thing that matters here is bottom line profitability and, possibly, the value in the brand. | goliard
05/7/2012 22:54 | YOu might want to consider operating losses, intangibles, lease liabilities etc | zaksab
05/7/2012 22:03 | with the beagle , im tempted ? was a holder many moons ago , but will wait for results , think the odds could be better after ? | superiorshares
05/7/2012 16:14 | Missed the cheapest but got £1k worth. Let's see how the next few days go. NAV 30p+ | the_beagle |
