Still early days.... "very preliminary talks".

For what its worth though, my calculation is that if Theor Fennell could at least break even, it would be worth approximately 25p. And if it could break even, it would be very attractive to a PE house to inject money & expertise to do an international roll-out of the brand.

time will tell bonio. but can't see them accepting less than equity ie 26p per share. it has been loss making yes but it's performance outlook is looking considerably better now they have a clear strategic plan to enhance sales and improve marketing.

Rubbish.

The business is not overvalued. It loses money hand over fist.

The share price reaction says it all. looks like a fire sale to me rather than a sale from a position of strength.

Hi again empire. Looks like we got the timimg right here. 30p would do me just nicely but with only 23.2m shrs here and not a lot of free float I'd have like to have been able to hold and and take part in their revival.....having dabbled TFL since 2004 and they were at a 27p (close to a low) at that time.

the business has twice the current mcap in equity, is not over levereged, has re-invigorated its sales drive through expansion of outlets and markets, should be a real hotty

the seller is clearly out after todays volume. reckon we could be looking at 20p here before long. with their growth in outlets and reduction in cost base for this year they could well beat market expectations. expect a positive trading statement at the AGM going by the guidance given in the finals in July.

Disgusting directors can take home such large pay packets when the company is barely worth a dime. Clearly their interests are not aligned with mine so however promising this Co. Could be ill never invest
