26/4/2013 13:23 | baner 18 Mar'13 - 07:24 - 1333 of 1362 Excellent numbers announced today. Strong cash position and new projects in pipeline. Tnav is 10p and cash flow should be strong current fy! PG seems to be in at very low cost so maybe taking home some good profits rather than expressing view on value? Well if baner is PG then he must talk about himself funny. | deanowls1
26/4/2013 13:20 | Yes it's confirmed as Peter. | deanowls1
26/4/2013 08:19 | Finally some blue skies in the Teg world. Has Peter dug in for another 6%? | alfieduncan
22/4/2013 19:31 | Fine, I'm just concerned that his unpredictable influence can have a significant dampening effect on the share price - he doesn't seem to be influenced particularly by newsflow or fundamentals | spaceparallax
21/4/2013 19:44 | spaceparallax. What is wrong with PG? Read posting 1333. Guess who Baner is???? I think you will find that Peter reads and posts here. | countryman5
11/4/2013 17:03 | I wonder whether Impax intend to sell more? | spaceparallax
11/4/2013 08:11 | I wish PG would stop accumulating | spaceparallax
09/4/2013 15:11 | It would be good to get a progress update | spaceparallax
09/4/2013 12:24 | hmmmmmmmmmm time to pick up a few more I think. Possibly funding now in place for that contract they refered to in their last RNS | angus17
09/4/2013 12:22 | huge buy today | asparks
05/4/2013 18:35 | PG increasing his stake must be positive. I assume director selling is a CGT issue and hopefully not significant. You have to be pretty patient with TEG | betman
05/4/2013 10:28 | interesting | spaceparallax
05/4/2013 08:26 | can sell all my 200000 this am but can't buy any more than 20000 without Halifax going through outside agents. | angus17
25/3/2013 10:25 | he's always a mixed blessing because of his unpredictability | spaceparallax
22/3/2013 17:22 | Thankfully he appears to have upped his stack. Sold 700k of shares on the 13th March @ 6.5p imo. Bought 1.7m of shares on the 21st March @ 6p imo. A nice bit of trading. That 0.5p difference has helped buy a few more rather than using entirely fresh £. He doesn`t seem to have accounted for all the large trades though. However I may be missing something... | alfieduncan
21/3/2013 15:01 | Is that PG buying them back or further sales? Looks like a disposal to me. Although I often get it wrong. Time will tell | alfieduncan
21/3/2013 14:31 | Yes, Fishwick was good in that - came across as a pretty honest down-to-earth bloke, unlike the slimy interviewer. | spaceparallax
21/3/2013 12:17 | A very TEG like performance since the figs. Having been overvalued for some years we now look undervalued imo. However with the current state of the economy not at all surprising. We still tick a few boxes. There will always be waste and also a need for varied sources of energy. I can`t see too much downside in the price. If you haven`t seen it the `Stock TUBE` interview with TEGs CEO is worth a look. | alfieduncan
20/3/2013 10:37 | Hopefully, today's budget should support the TEG business | spaceparallax
19/3/2013 23:03 | They need to get to the break even point. There's no use repeating the £8 increase a year in landfill tax if they not grow volumes or new plant ventures quick enough to offset the high fixed costs of the group and get to break even. This years results will be boosted by dagenham plant construction, but management really need to sign up a few more waste deals over the next half year.Hoping tomorrows budget might contain a nice surprise! | boonkoh
19/3/2013 09:37 | Reasonable results, but we are far from out of the woods. Fairly priced given the risks I would say | madengland
19/3/2013 08:25 | Thanks cyfran, that explains it all. It makes sense for TEG to use ALK expertise on generation but also they seem to be close to UTS for anaerobic work. | betman
19/3/2013 00:05 | Betman. Re joint venture this is from Alkanes prelims on 13/03/2013: "A collaboration agreement was signed in December 2009 with the TEG Group PLC ("TEG") to jointly develop anaerobic digestion ("AD") biogas facilities. Both parties have concluded that such an agreement is no longer appropriate and therefore it has been terminated. This allows the Company greater flexibility to work with a wider range of clients in respect of AD projects in the waste sector. Alkane will continue to work as TEG's preferred supplier on a non-exclusive basis for combined heat and power and electrical installation" | cyfran101
19/3/2013 00:03 | I checked into the Green Investment bank website to see what they are up to; no deals announced since the one they did for Shanks on Jan 14-see post 1247- not really surprising as they are in a start up situation and the Shanks deal would have been relatively straightforward but will be crucial for TEG to have a good working relationship with them. | cerrito |
