What sort of share price growth are you guys hoping for here, would 12% be a realistic target in the next 12 months??

I'm not invested here, I see Robbie (Naked Trader) has. Bit too much debt and the market cap seems expensive for me.

Any thoughts?

Spire Healthcare was formed from the sale of Bupa Hospitals to Cinven in 2007,followed by the purchase of Classic Hospitals and Thames Valley Hospital in 2008.

In 2008 Spire Healthcare won the Independent Healthcare Award for Best Healthcare Outcomes and followed this in 2009 with the Nursing Practice award for their approach to infection prevention and control. In 2010, Spire won the Nursing Practice award for the second year in succession, together with the award for Excellence in Risk Management. Spire won the Innovation Award in 2011, before going on to win the Medical Practice award in 2012.

Spire launched its Perform at St. George’s Park facility in September 2012

The company was the subject of an initial public offering in July 2014.

Can't be bothered to create a new thread and last time I did my charts were rubbish!

However, have got a few of these recently and am hoping the momentum continues.
Anybody else interested in Spire Health?

That link does not work. Might as well sell out now for 69.75 rather that wait until December for the cash - can put the money to work elsewhwhere ( unless you believe a higher bid will appear).

"It is expected that the Scheme Document will be posted on or around 11 October 2010 and that the Court Meeting and General Meeting will be held on or around 4 November 2010. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the relevant Conditions, the Scheme will become effective in December 2010."

EDIT bid/offer now at 70/70.25 so could get the full amount less dealing cost. Sold mine.
