Can someone explain how to read Form 8.3 and Form 8.5.I'ts to do with share purchases/sales but i cannot grasp who is doing what? HELP!!!!!!

jab, :) nothing to regret, different investment strategy
I never doubt the future of spi, that's why I hold it for such a long time
and I think the company react quickly enough to disposal unprofitable business, see what happened to ROK today...
I will keep an eye on it, though I am not in at the moment
BTW, today is awful! whole market down

qiq, there is plenty of time foe Cinven to make a third offer, imo,. If the third offer comes in you would have wished you never sold mate. I believe they still could be interested here, these things to time...any way off now as have to pack for holidays........;-)

I've Looked deeper into the business here, would be a benefit to shareholders, yes mate, I expect this to rise soon, SPI has been classed as a boring share in the past, OK> SPI has been in the spot light resently and the company has certainly had it's problems like most in this recession, but an investor needs to way up, when to BUY and HOLD and I have up graded these and CAD in my portfolio to a HOLD, and BUY more if it drops much more, 45p I would add more.

healthy retrace? i assume you expect this to rise? anytime soon? this was a t/o target for me, but has gone quiet of late, and close to the level where i might bail.

I have sold out spithe week before and reinvest in tni
however, I still believe in spi in long term
the chartist has predicted 65+ for spi

SPI looking primmed for a rise, I would expect a rise above 60p soon and possible holding, near on everything is going north this week...;-)

qiq, yep someone wants in probably so mm's has lifted the price to encourage selling, could be a big order...;-)


ps.

mid price is 56.125 so it's looking better without L2 than it really is .
