it is a bull to me. :P
but I don't know at which point it will stop
at the moment, we have very strong support due to the bid offer
whithout it, it is still a good recovery play, but may take a bit long time to reach current level

so what I am thinking is:
either the company make the deal with cinven, and all share holder make quick profit, or no deal, but we benefit from long term investment. Afterall, it is a good business!

This share price has been banging on the ceiling of 56p for days now, so really expecting a break-out from that level very soon, SPI is definitely been put on the radar over the last week...;-)

I think the bidder has to pay no less than the highest price that they paid in the previous 3 months.

If the share price is higher that the offer price it is due to the market expecting another bidder to come in with a higher price.

it looks like the share price is going to break 56p
I have read the takeover code
which mentioned if the share price higher than the bidder's offer price,the bidder has to match the new price.
any idea of that?
