Also, the 2 sells yesterday morning amount to the same figure that the RNS refer's to.

I am thinking s showdown is developing and Snak are trying their hardest to position themselves in a much stronger position

Ok - 2 x RNS' issued today.
One confirming that a David Lowe has acquired around 1% of the company, and the other that Snak have bought some stock back.

Now who is David Lowe?

I don't know enough, but we have had several Form 8.5's released the last 2 weeks, suggesting that Snak are buying back their stock!!

Boris holds circ 8% of SNAK which is equal to around 1.3 million shares so a) it is very unlikely he has sold 300k especially since he is in takeover talks and b) there will need to be a holdings RNS IF it was him! Sorry but it's ok to have this as a thought but it is very very unlikely to be him....

Yes there were large 300k odd trades reported but for a seller there is a buyer....there are two competing parties - Boris and concert party which includes some of the directors....if there is a change to holding of either of these parties then there will be a rns to report....
