No, I am aware they have that option, but don't think it will be implemented.
The longer they take to make a decision, the more chance there is of another predator swooping in.
I think we will know by the due date

It is unlikely to be extended, as the potential offer is coming in from the former CEO and founder of Snaktime, Blair Jenkins. He and Boris' Billions want to be in the UK market asap - They own around 10% of the company already, and know the company inside out, they IMO are only buying time, whilst they negotiate with Vendia for the approx 30% share.
Uvenco WILL make an offer, question is how much?
I must say, I'd rather be in the out, that's for sure

Calm down people

The share price probably won't go up for another couple of weeks, until we start closing in on the deadline date in mid-February of having to disclose any bid interest.

In the meantime, without volume buying MM's are simply gaining from the weak who can't be bothered to hold and wait!!!

We know where things stand, there isn't much more to be said until then
