Well said Oldtown, Given Blair Jenkins set SNAK up, there is absolutely no doubt he knows the fine detail's of what is going on. Him and Boris have also accumulated a sizeable stake already in the company, so no question in my mind.

I just can't believe that more buyer's aren't getting in - The bid offer will be at least 30p, and Uvenco now have less than a month to show their cards - also a rumour has surfaced this week that another company may surface a bid at the table

Uvenco UK's CEO and Chairman, Blair Jenkins, was SnackTime's founder and chief executive officer said "Discussions are at an early stage with SnackTime and we have yet to evaluate the commercial viability of the project"

So the founder of the company with intricate knowledge of all its working has no idea on the commerciality of a deal???? YEH RIGHT!!! I mean if he does not know, who on earth would?

Is this just a clear attempt to put dampener on the share price to try and get it as cheap as possible? aimho,

Morning All - MM's holding this very tight at the moment, reinforced by Lord Sutch yesterday not being able to buy until late.
Max buy is 5,000shs without going NT - I for one see this settling in the mid 20`s until news, too much upside

Funny how quiet it was today, I would have thought there would have been more action , i guess now it is back to a waiting game again,I have loads riding on this as my wife and I are trying to buy a house! Well done - Good buy IMO. I'm holding about 45K shs, which I have built up over the months.
Although we have 28 days to reveal the hand, I am pretty sure most of the due diligence has been done - can't believe there is not more buying at this level

Why there are a few brainless sellers this morning, is totally beyond me.
Most Pi's have already loaded up with stock, it is just the newbies that will be getting their cheque books out.
MM's do not have much in the way of freefloat at present, so feeding off of the weak is easy.
Once sustained buying appears again, things will move, and quickly
