Its' quite amazing how SNAK upticks on even the very modest sized trades....a lift on almost every small buy, well as far as Level 2 shows.

There must be something worthwhile going on here, I do feel.

SNAK - massive profit warning and write-downs that's Treacle's 'research' for you

He was saying 60p takeout and today it'll probably be closer to 6p

'Nailed on'

PMSL

Boris Belotserkovsky (billionaire) - Takeover or Not? - SNAK

Treacle32 - 26 Nov 2013 - 15:26:48 - 412 of 1106

I initially said 40p months ago but recently 60p and have subtantiated in some depth previously.

Boris Belotserkovsky (billionaire) - Takeover or Not? - SNAK

Treacle32 - 29 Oct 2013 - 18:37:53 - 218 of 1106

Indeed & Vendia will now be demanding more imo after today's update and for their 29.96% stake too.

Initially I thought 40p but 60p maybe nailed on imo & more or less to NAV.

Made quite a bit out of SNAK previously and could have banked more profits at 22p the other week. But will hold the 40,000 shares for recovery. It seems maybe SNAK and Vendia could have been holding out for more and Uvenco didn't want to pay more than a certain price.

What happens to Boris and Blair Jenkins stake? I doubt they'll sell it.

Let us remind ourselves
Auto-Vending UK (magazine), released an article on 3 October 2013 confirming that Uvenco Russia (Boris Berlotserkovsky) the largest vending operator in Russia, has joined forces with former CEO and founder of Snaktime, Blair Jenkins, forming Uvenco UK.
The article goes on to read, quoting Blair Jenkins (appointed CEO of Uvenco)as saying that they are setting up to look to ''confirm an acquisition within the next few months''.
With a sizeable combined share accumulation in Snak, and previous history of running the company - Snaktime is odds on favourite imo.

To my knowledge there has been no further stake accumulation in any of their competitors, and with around 30,000 customers would be an ideal opportunity for a buy out.

Furthermore, Snak is trading at close to an all time low, and once at the heady heights of around £2.00 per share.
