23/2/2014 12:07 | Rubbish everything has a value!nav, turnover and profit determine a companies worth, charts help a great deal I agree but not the be all and end all!Drinkmaster must be valued as a stand alone company and as such has a nav of4.7 and around £420.000 profit so of course it can be valued, after all it probably is going to be sold,so what do you think it's true value is? I have an idea but to treat u as an equal lets hear yours my friend! | 123trev
23/2/2014 11:56 | Drinkmaster is worth what the chart points to Not what you or I think so trying to value it is pointless | newbytothis
23/2/2014 11:54 | Fundermentals = a lot more than 1p,answere the question posed earlier what do you think Drinkmaster is worth?i might take you more seriously if you did. | 123trev

23/2/2014 11:18 | 1p target chart terrible | newbytothis
23/2/2014 09:12 | I agree with 123Trev - newbytothis is probably someone who is already a member but decided to set up 1-2-3 new accounts - so common on Advfn - and I respect posters who just stick to the ONE user name! Personally I think the floor for SNAK is around the 10p area - presuming no dire news - with the potential to get back up to 20p on a continuing trading recovery. The banking facilities are a concern hence probably why a disposal is being considered (presuming no other corporate activity or approach) gla | knigel
23/2/2014 09:08 | Newbytothis, try and put a little meat on the bone in your comments it dosent say a lot about you without the argument to back your statement!Drinkmaste | 123trev

22/2/2014 16:27 | 'Nailed on' PMSL Boris Belotserkovsky (billionaire) - Takeover or Not? - SNAK Treacle32 - 26 Nov 2013 - 15:26:48 - 412 of 1106 I initially said 40p months ago but recently 60p and have subtantiated in some depth previously. Boris Belotserkovsky (billionaire) - Takeover or Not? - SNAK Treacle32 - 29 Oct 2013 - 18:37:53 - 218 of 1106 Indeed & Vendia will now be demanding more imo after today's update and for their 29.96% stake too. Initially I thought 40p but 60p maybe nailed on imo & more or less to NAV. | stockonomist
22/2/2014 15:08 | A further option may be taking place here, a game of chicken,it seems obvious that Borris made a quiet offer to snacktime months ago and it was rejected by Vendia and elderstreet,a waiting game has taken place and seeing weakness Uvenco, probably upped its bid slightly and made the formal approach, again it wasn't enough again and Uvenco walked after saying that's final, but is it?enter Infina buying a 1% stake!an investment company in Cyprus with a Russian head of finance, coincidence or a back door to a further bid!so are snacktime selling Drinkmaster and the vending operation separately to try and gain better value maybe!will Uvenco really let this go!just how much is snacktime really worth?dont believe vendia and elderstreet would sell to let Borris take control but if that was to happen,he would only need around another20% to take this private ie shareholders get shafted ?however i do believe the only way the vending operation would be truly successful is in private hands. | 123trev
22/2/2014 13:58 | "Another possibility is that Uvenco assumes control, say 51 per cent, but retains the share quote". - The above could still be a scenario if imo Vendia/Eldertreet sell their stakes to Boris. | treacle32 |
