I can see these getting fired into ISA's so am looking for a ramp up then (when next tax yr opens)...If 80 is breached before May then happy days!

Look at the chart tho - the lows are trending up sharper and sharper in a nice upward steeper trend.

Might be sooner than May if there's a lot more to these than we mere mortals can see.

Remember there will be quite a few long suffering holders here who are happy to see the share price reach70p+ and are happy to get out not knowing who Hanover are and track record.Good opportunity to top up some more before next leg-up.

Got to have minor retraces - buyers like to stop now and again, wait for it to cool then wade in for more.

RNO firmer still today warala - publish their PACE presentation tomorrow :-)

Have we come out in sympathy with ITV or what! Shame as a little momentum was building.

Don't know them Martest but good that you know their record and approve.
I like the bit about postponing the announcement to ' provide sufficient opportunity for the company to review the group's strategy and future options.'

Excellent choice appointments of 2 NON-EXEC-directors proven experts in the field of Radio TV ,Media who Know teir way around and must have plenty of good contacts. Can only be a plus.Well done. Also noticed 500,000 cross trades may be good for tomorrow.

I personally think Hanover know more about what they are doing and where value can be found than press speculation.

Typical balls for instance - "The company's failure to sell Primesight by Christmas is likely to mean the eventual sale price will be lower". That's a pure guess. The sale of the LSE to someone has taken ages and that's because the co has refused to take the prices offered and the LSE share price has soared. Hanover have turned around a tom of companies thatr were not PLcs, FOUR, ELM, RNO have been well revessed into multi baggers, SPT is on the way to it too.

SMG is just the next in the list imo.

The ft must have been reading my post last night about getting rid of Pearl & Dean and Primesight................pah pa, pah pa, pah pa.............:-)

These are going to become a very focussed TV co imo, higher margins, higher sales and a build of of intellectual property for long term income.

Going up imo :-)

A close above 71p would close off the day very strongly and leave room for further gains this week...Following weekend press, Monday could see mid 70's or higher - there will be a lot wanting to be in on this Hanover ride...

got a feeling we will be on a steady rise waiting for weekend press news.If share price was68p prior to Hanover taking charge, what is Hanover involvement worth.Maybe the Warrent investor of 25% does have some idea.Good luck .

"Whether it can succeed with traditional broadcast media, which faces massive structural challenges, is an interesting question. Yet it is hard to see how it can do any worse than the last lot."
