If real, 30 is baked in. The problem is, it is not a done deal.........the Hedgiies WANT 100% certainty.

Lets, move up, on the greed.

all depends on the TATA short term. (P&Ds are short term, and have to go to plan).
Tatas liquidators NOW know CF is on the hook.....and wants it.

However, CF can just walk away.

The telling words were...."deal needs to be done before year end".........."or the Harbour comes onto the CRITICAL path".
This tells me, they are all trying to hard ball, and get the best deal.

CF has the upper hand, in that he has Plan A.......and can walk away....good position.

If we do not need to build the Harbour......we are quids in.

From 18.8 to say 27 is 42%....so, unlike Kiley Minogue's underpants, is not to be sniffed at.
