20/5/2017 13:49 | OK, the news did not come through an RNS, it was through a presentation. If it is true, which is circumspect, given it was not RNSed, the use of Tata's harbour is huge......no need to build one, and we have the cash. Ready made harbour.....even if the deal includes taking some of the land, what the hell, we need land beside a harbour. When significant news like this is released through presentations, or interviews with Proactive,,, watch your ass. | 11_percent

19/5/2017 17:23 | Hi Casapinos. Once again, yes your assumptions are correct. The top 2,000 companies in the UK market have to release their shareholder registry info quarterly, which was done on 5th May which is where the numbers I cited came from. As of the most recent 5th May release (didn’t actually come out until this week), HL had a total of 616mm shares (14.8%), Barclays 234mm (5.6%) and TD Invest 142mm (3.4%). As is listed on the Sirius website, Jupiter holds 315mm (7.6%) across two funds though that hadn’t changed in May, same for CQS with 202mm (4.84%) and Norges Bank across their portfolios hold 174mm (4.2%). The three nominee accounts I quoted are the largest three nominee accounts listed as other ones are <40mm shares. So in terms of other nominee accounts following this pattern, they probably do, but the holdings will be magnitudes smaller (so I think they cover most of the market in terms of PI holdings). In terms of what percentage of these shares came from loan note positions, I can’t really be sure until we start seeing some more filings coming out - that should happen, with any luck, in the next two weeks. We’ll get a much clearer picture then. I will say that we are doing really very well to not only see our shareprice increase so substantially so quickly, but also on good volume (and increasing with price). At this stage (and until we see more short filings), I’m hesitant to say that August looks conservative, though the beginnings of such a possibility are coming to the fore. This is because I’m basing that forecast on c. 10% market volume per day being attributable to our convertible holders – so although we transacted 1.1bn shares in April with a further 492mm MTD, funds would have still been having to go some to not have cratered our shareprice. PI takeup has been good, but so has our shareprice and that in itself says to me that selling isn’t being forced at this stage. Also, our volume did diminish, in particular last week, so that will extend the time it takes for shares to be disposed of. All in all though, really happy with the activity I’ve seen and looking very much forward to things to come. Have a good weekend. | ppvn
