Well it's gone from a 50m - 1bn mkp so if that's not a start I'll eat my hat. Either way agreed there is more upside and trading opportunities.

Yes,agreed,I can wait....

Cash is losing value,so I have decided to put some in here,in the hope it grows.
I feel some of the uncertainty has gone,funded for the next few years,is a big bonus.
Time will tell,nothing is certain in life.

hazl.... Sirius have done everything possible just to get planning permission, promising work to the local community will have been paramount. The only downer with Sirius imo is the time scale .

There is an individual readers' comment from the Times today referring to Sirius.
Though it is only an individual it is somebody from East Yorkshire,on the ground,so to speak.
Again for balance, he seems to be replying to a negative comment from the week before,that I did not see.
It is very positive with reference to the objective to employ as many local people as possible and even if people do have to come from further afield,he suggests that with local accommodation required that will help with the local economy as well.

He reinforces the theme with the guarantee of the 1% of revenue donated to local community projects promised.
