Did you read firehorse post over on red? It is pure commonsense but he has a happy knack of making it more interesting than the usual informative post. You think you understand his point, and then he puts in an example which makes it obvious that you have.

My dad bought 5 million of these at 22p - I've calculated he has lost over £40,000 in a week.


Why would anyone buy these at 22p when it was certain they would hit 20p at some stage?
AND... he hasn't lost anything yet.. UNLESS HE'S SOLD THEM!
His investment is down for the time being.

And FWIT.. 18p I reckon is the bottom... the directors must have known what was about to happen and NONE of them bought on the way up to 45p!
