Things wont go well. This is a major civil engineering project, and the costs have been cut.

The shaft could be ok, but tunnel, will be a nightmare.

I am trying to find out if this is another XEL.

So far, does not seem so, but Stage 2 could be the crunch.

However, Stage 2 finance could be underwritten by The Gov.

Gina only wins if we go to production.

The BOD seem to want an other Fortisque, which means production.

Don't know if that answerers your question.

PS CF is a banker, and thinks like one.

Stage 2 sees the serious debt issuance, $1.8 billion capital costs plus $0.8 billion financing costs. There doesn't appear to be any equity element to this stage?
This may appear to be good news if things go well but having so much debt as a percentage of overall funding can be problematic to existing equity.
Do you have any thoughts on this structural funding imbalance 11%?

I have just bought a large amount at 17.54 financed by my credit card balance transfer at 0% for 16 months . Seems a reasonable as Sirius could be over 18 by April 2018. Am I daft?
