21/6/2014 08:33 | Cheers opto. As always its easy to look back and think that I should have applied for more. But its just luck really that I got more TSB than this one. I suppose the key lesson is that Lloyds were selling because they had to, Saga was sold because they wanted to. | dr biotech
20/6/2014 17:01 | Dr B been out all day so a bit late on saying well done with TSB, always good to get a nice little earner :-) | optomistic
20/6/2014 09:30 | FWIW TSB turned out OK - out already made about 950. Not a life changing amount, but it lifts my depression a touch. Pays for a dart board and a picture of suarez | dr biotech
19/6/2014 10:59 | I use HL for saga and had the change returned the same day. Its not something that worries me. I mean its not as if I am losing interest on it. I have applied for 7k each for me and mrs. Current price range would have it valued at 1.3bn, Grey market price (IG) is 1.57bn so 10% may not be unreasonable. Just hope I get enough. But I also thought that about this one. Have to be optomistic :-) | dr biotech
19/6/2014 10:10 | Good luck there Dr B, should prove to be more profitable than this. Although talk is of small allocations so if it is anything like SAGA it could take some time for the unused cash to come back into the accounts. | optomistic
19/6/2014 10:03 | Have moved on to TSB...until this time tomorrow. | dr biotech
19/6/2014 10:03 | It's early days yet but the placing must be proving to be a huge disappointment for many. | optomistic
19/6/2014 09:54 | very quite here | humphries1
15/6/2014 19:06 | How could the venture capitalists overprice this for their customers.Shot themselves in the foot. | montyhedge
13/6/2014 11:34 | How much net debt do Saga currently have? Thanks | mrmomentumt
13/6/2014 09:21 | We're in. Against my better judgement | darias
12/6/2014 17:59 | I did before the share float, you would think i had more sense that to buy in here, but there you go,win some, lose some. | poleaxe
12/6/2014 17:44 | Looks like Saga as made the pensioner shareholders poorer. They should boycott Saga products. | montyhedge
12/6/2014 13:52 | You would have to ask your broker that. With most shares you have to sell them and rebuy them. I guess part of the issue is that you have an Isa limit and its hard to value shares when you transfer in given that the price is liable to change without notice. | dr biotech
12/6/2014 13:32 | does any one know if u can transfer allocated shares into saga isa | lillyman
10/6/2014 15:30 | Not dear for its prospects either way IMHO. | shaka198
10/6/2014 14:11 | I have a hunch that this company could be snapped up, I'm holding on to my shares . Good luck to all that still hold. | peppypants
09/6/2014 21:47 | no he's just a tad qweer, Salpara - have you considered the TSB offer, I hear it's going to be explosive | twelvefinches
09/6/2014 20:01 | 123qwer, you appear to have a problem with the English language...or have you just arrived back from an afternoon at the pub? | optomistic
09/6/2014 19:34 | IMO thee may sttle around the 160 - then a few weeks later the usal, ie bid speculation, lol. Good luck - the papers got it right for once they said -say out of it- | 123qwer
09/6/2014 17:20 | Watch this space.... | peppypants
09/6/2014 16:31 | well well well, sure seems that new joint brokers are pushing this to their clients - could actually be in profit soon if this momentum continues..... | brian boru |
