04/11/2015 13:41 | Thanks Toffeeman.......brav Got a guaranteed stop @ 4260p....about 11% above my short entry. This share has climbed around 10% in the last 3 weeks for what I see as no reason what so ever....just have a gut feeling that builders/estate agents/ etc etc are running out of steam. I have been watching RMV for the last 2 months and hopefully have timed my short right... Target 3400 by the New Year.. | patrick9092

04/11/2015 09:14 | SHORT @ 3822p. Feel its got ahead of its self and what with Estate agents such as CWD less than positive feel its worth the risk to short. | patrick9092

08/10/2015 13:26 | Time Out and RightMove pool data to match Londoners with the right homes Finding a new home in London just got easier. Time Out has made its deepest data dive yet to make home-hunting in the capital less painful, as part of its branded content partnership with U.K. online property giant Rightmove. The companies have pooled data to identify which postal codes suit individuals depending on their preferences — tapping Time Out, Rightmove and taxi-hailing app Uber APIs to pull in data — and to identify the top 10 postal codes its users should consider in their next property search. The “Find your London” tool sits on a new property section of the publisher’s website and is the latest project to come out of Time Out’s creative solutions arm, dedicated to creating brand experiences (predominantly digital) outside of standard advertising. It combines numerous data sets such as location to calculate average work commute time, and estimated journey times from the West End (the latter drawn from Uber data). This is then married to the 1 million properties on Rightmove’s website, worth a combined £270 billion ($410 billion) and accounting for 90 percent of all homes for sale via estate agents across the U.K. | aishah

28/8/2015 11:22 | "The number of homes being sold in England and Wales has fallen significantly, according to figures from the Land Registry. In May this year, there were 65,619 transactions in total, a 15% fall on the same month in 2014. However, prices in some property hotspots are still rising by up to 13% a year, due to lack of supply. The number of homes being sold for more than a million pounds dropped dramatically - down by 21%..." | someuwin

18/8/2015 00:55 | Has anyone read "one up on Wall Street" by Peter lynch? If so this company fits the description of his most liked category of fast growers. Particularly on the eps side. Granted it may be partially due to stick buy backs but the market is simple supply and demand. | kitbag1984
03/8/2015 12:05 | e-mails of props for sale have dropped quite a bit last couple of weeks, interesting w/e press lenders could quote lower rates if business drops off time for me sit on the sidelines and watch all my other favorites take a possible dip, psn, cvs, ukm, grg, irv, as for RBS pushing buy to let loans at the peak of prop cycle is suicidal, you work potential gains/losses on deposits not the full value of prop, majority of those investing at last peak summer of 06 are only just seeing the value of deposit return, future rental returns will break even at best, any downturn could see 50/100% loss on your cash layout, w/end press, 20% of mortgages now BTL, banks say we are demanding tough tests, but asset inflation is way to high, when these low rates deals revert back to svr at 5/6% borrowers will hit the rocks on these overpriced London flats, putting 2/5 shares through at the offer price does not convince me to buy those old uns in the city must remember the flight of Chinese buyers (HK) who walked away from deposits on the great dockland spike of 88/90 dyor | mike24
30/7/2015 09:27 | BarCap OVERWEIGHT and ups target to 3,900p! | aishah
