16/1/2017 15:33 | Perk - there still looks to be a c. 3% delta between the actual Perk price ($2.91) and the theoretical purchase price (£0.4175 x USD1.2056/£ x CAD1.3157/USD) using mid-point rates. The Canadian court hearing was scheduled to start at 3pm UK time (10am Toronto time) so it may well be over by now. Perk shares are supposed to be delisted on (or following) the effective date which is supposed to be on or about 18th Jan. So maybe tomorrow will be the last day of trading for Perk shares. | 1gw

16/1/2017 14:52 | sikhthetech - you accuse almost every poster on this thread of all kinds of nasties. You have had 100% proof from ADVFN that I have only ever had one name. You repeatedly tell lies about stock I have never held.....whilst refusing to answer any questions yourself. You have no life and you are by far the most prolific poster on here - all from a guy that holds no stock! Have a long hard think my friend - you only have Gowlane as support, and he is a thicko.............. | barkboo

16/1/2017 14:13 | 1gw, they have completed the platform and are ramping up... despite the seasonally best qtr they 'only' did $5m more programmatic revenue during the best qtr... Let's see how they do for fy2017... revenue lower or higher than fy2016? cash higher or lower than H12017? | sikhthetech
16/1/2017 14:00 | STT - I think you misunderstand my use of "only". I put "only" in quotation marks to make the contrast with the huge jump in revenue you seem to be "expecting" in 4Q to hit a $200m target for the year. As it is, they have gone from $30m total programmatic in financial 2Q to $35m in 3Q, an increase of 16%. Last year, total programmatic increased by just 6% in the equivalent period, from $18.8m in 2Q to $19.9m in 3Q. The 3Q number this year is 78% ahead of 3QFY16. So the growth metrics aren't too shabby for 3Q, even if I might have hoped for a bit more from the new markets. | 1gw

16/1/2017 13:45 | NO lcwa more like a baseball bat with nails in it! Lance Corporal Winstanley Ash16 Jan '17 - 13:10 - 2776 of 2780 2 0 I get the impression STT is using 200$m as a stick to beat r1 | football
16/1/2017 13:45 | 1gw that's the point.. they have completed the platform and are ramping up... despite the seasonally best qtr they 'only' did $5m more programmatic revenue... So Perk is expected to bring in more revenue than the amount they can generate during their strongest qtr... "If you look at the latest quarter's performance they did "only" $5m more programmatic revenue than in the previous quarter - despite it being seasonally the best and having a full 3 months of the 7 new markets announced in the previous TU instead of just 6 weeks." | sikhthetech
16/1/2017 13:40 | the $200m is for discussion... so far the gang on the other thread have just posted about how great everything is but haven't gone into any details... | sikhthetech
16/1/2017 13:36 | When they acquired Rhythm revenue was about 30m per annum so to get to 170m from 30m in less than 3 years is rapid growth in my book. | amt
16/1/2017 13:27 | A $200m target is irrelevant, what matters for me is cash generation exceeding cash usage. That would be a positive development and I'd be happy to wait for genuine profitability (i.e. not adj EBITDA) in a year or two. | alex1621
