10/12/2019 16:34 | The bell tolls. | texaschaser
10/12/2019 14:38 | One can but chuckle at Bell's ousting from post. Years of running RRR and RGM as lifestyle ventures for his personal enrichment, diluting shareholders mercilessly along the way. Karma is a wonderful thing. Just look at the carnage Bell inflicted here over the past 10 years: In the end he only has himself to blame. Had he actually invested in his own company to a significant degree then other holders wouldn't have been able to call the shots. RRR will imho go exactly the same way. According to one of the large holders there one of them already wanted to liquidate the company last year but the others said no, and he says they may still take the company private anyway. Naturally the proposed restructuring here to add up to a further 7 billion shares at the bucket price of 0.0275p is imho crazy. It effectively wipes out existing holders, makes them insignificant so that the system can be reset back to zero. They obviously hope to then attract a whole bunch of new fresh investors, something Bell could never do with his appalling reputation imho. It won't work of course. Too much history here, too many old and wise past investors who know the score. Hence the attempted pump and dump here has failed miserably. DYOR | torp

10/12/2019 14:08 | Noirua - 18 Mar 2019 - 16:35:39 - 15573 of 15981 Regency Mines 2010 and beyond - upside limitless - RGM The move up by CZN is inline with AB's expectations. Adds a little to RGM's quoted assets - helpful. Worth £170,000 at the close of 2.25p. Shares in Red Rock are worth about £60,000. Times are difficult so any improvement is a plus. Hopefully shareholders will see a turn round in fortunes very soon - good luck to you all. PS: Ignore the trolls they are nasty. PPS: Maybe Hans Mende of the mighty AMCI will come to the rescue. He's very tough but good to have onside | kemche
10/12/2019 13:53 | EttieBellend - this natural denouement is the direct result of years of your hopeless time at the helm. And you giving lessons on dilution???? Chutzpah indeed. Despicable odious corpulent man - the Porterhouse blues will surely do the decent thing - for all concerned. How are the fundraising efforts going at RRR? Dilution indeed! | kemche
10/12/2019 13:47 | What must those who cried foul of the previous management's efforts at fundraising think of the sheer scale of dilution occurring here. As a result the legacy shareholders who would have stayed the course may be forced to unwind their positions. These people may feel, with regret, the logical conclusion is one must sell. | atinos auntie ettie
