09/7/2019 20:27 | “We've forecast 69k tons of coal a month through to June. That's conservative as the base case is 20% higher [83k]. There will be a staged increase in production.” Sep 44k Oct 44k Nov 20k Dec 17k Jan 15k Feb 25k Mar 20k Apr 25k May 10k Jun 5k | bam bam rubble
09/7/2019 19:56 | lol, I did say it was going to be a giggle. You forgot to mention the 2 billion share authority. Mass dilution appears inevitable wouldn't you agree? Are you recommending people put their money in here to get diluted? | torp
09/7/2019 19:50 | Good evening Mr Torp I am quite new here but I see you have made over 2000 posts on this site, from your history only on Regency and Red Rock, both have one person in common, namely Andrew Bell. Are you a former holder in either company I wonder? You seem a very bitter individual that has totally negative tunnel vision towards those companies. Of course I understand that former holders of Regency and Red Rock have lost heavily over recent years, do you accept that most junior mining stocks have fallen very hard, some as much as 90%, in the last 3-4 years. Is it not true that both Red Rock and Regency made folk a fortune when the last sector bear market ended and there was a rush for bashed up junior mining stocks. I attended a presentation recently where one speaker, a decade ago, invested £5000 in Red Rock and turned it into £60,000, not bad was it. By posting over 2000 times about Regency and Red Rock leads me to believe your losses may have affected you emotionally, perhaps you should take a deep breath and develop a new hobby for your own sanity. Have a great evening. | aussiebeach
09/7/2019 19:05 | lol aussie Recovery play? New management? What of the authority to issue up to 2 bilion more shares? Do you think that level of confetti will lend itself to a recovery? | torp
09/7/2019 18:44 | Trying to understand the RNS today, surely the reduction by Regency from 47% to 25.84% is good news if they want to extract themselves from MET coal. So a third party (CCL) put in $750k for 45% of the coal project. Moving forward RGM now only have to contribute 25% of future funding if they do not want to finance their share of MET they will be diluted further, that is how I see it. In respect of the $8m MET loan note, who is liable and at what percentage, do CCL now take on 45% of the loan lote liability for example? Looks like RGM want to extract themselves from MET Coal, that seems a sensible move if so. Can they dispose of the other 25% for example? Not going to invest here YET but with new management and possibly new supportive shareholders it might be a recovery situation. There needs to be more clarity from Regency, it will come no doubt but the sooner the better. | aussiebeach
09/7/2019 09:25 | Dear oh dear! The MET investment now reduced to just 25% and only valued at $430k. Carraigbarre looks to be a Cyprus based company. "Forbearance agreement currently in default following delays in CCL funding" "Additional funding required to ensure long-term stability of the business" Regency has already requested and been granted authority to issue up to 2 BILLION more shares here. How are they ever going to get mugpunters to buy the placing shares ?? The ramping is going to be a real giggle when it comes ! DYOR | torp
09/7/2019 07:36 | So why is today's RNS not on ADFN yet??? | jdsdps
07/7/2019 22:57 | The concerted bashing attack continues, ask yourself why the multi alias trolls do not want you to buy ? Ask yourself why the major shareholder, who would know more than most, has continued to INCREASE his position to 16.3% The trolls will be long gone if this multi bags !!! | thecoyone
07/7/2019 13:10 | well organised trolls PMSL. I took a 25% haircut @ 3.8p many years ago, I count my self lucky to have bitten the bullet. kemche, Torp, BAM BAM Rubble and a few other know the score. | sleveen
07/7/2019 12:46 | Looks like there is an organised team of bashing trolls working this company - exactly the time to buy then. Johnson says buy hated companies, is RGM hated, you bet it is. | thecoyone
07/7/2019 12:03 | "quite well respected city gents" Oh my sides! | kemche
07/7/2019 12:02 | Would that be the same Burton at RMS? Hmmm. Great success he has there. In raising funds that is. Righty ho. Kaintz - fundraiser. Bell - fundraiser. Burton - fundraiser. Ainsworth - fundraiser. RGM - fundraiser. RRR - fundraiser. CZN - fundraiser. RMS - fundraiser. ABM - fundraiser. I am beginning to decipher a pattern. | kemche
07/7/2019 11:56 | You have to ask why these two quite well respected city gents in Burton and Ainsworth would want to join a company like Regency unless they see significant value ahead. The bears like to concentrate on the funding situation, trying to put off prospective new buyers of course, but many a AIM stock has produced multiple returns soon after a cash raise. If the raise is backed by a consortium of new and existing shareholders it may not be heavily discounted, who knows it could even be at a premium. Not for widows and orphans but it does have multi return potential IF they can get the right market support. | the_debt_collector
07/7/2019 11:01 | 2:10 Nigel: “We’ve got a background as directors but also in you know, [shifts in seat] raising money” Q. How healthy is the balance sheet right now? Kaintz: Well I think we’re on the right path that’s the way I’ll put it. We’re working with our key stakeholders to really optimise the balance sheet.” Q. What does that mean? Kaintz: What that means [nervous laugh] is we’ll work together, constructively I think to give investors confidence that this business is funded now and funded going forward.” 'to really optimise the balance sheet' = mass dilution | bam bam rubble
28/6/2019 16:24 | Comments disabled for the video lol. Wonder why !! | torp
28/6/2019 16:24 | What is the collective noun for crooks? | kemche
28/6/2019 16:18 | Interesting times ahead | the_debt_collector
27/6/2019 13:05 | LSE shows 14% down today. So much for the herd lol. Good to see people don't fall for the ramping BS any more. Not long now . . . tick tock | torp
26/6/2019 10:40 | lol at the boiler room style rampsters. "Get in before the herd" !! You have to be supremely naive to fall for that old chestnut. The simple translation is "Look we've put our pennies in this and we need mugpunters to do the same so we can exit with a profit". Perhaps to save you further effort I can provide the other lame sound bites for you . . This will fly It's under the radar It's like a coiled spring Wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend 10 bagger in the making Turnaround here etc etc Just laughable that people still try these pathetic strap lines Can't be many mugpunters these days that fall for it imho Bottom line here is that the BOD recently requested and were granted authority to issue up to 2 BILLION more shares here. Not much else has any relevance imho. DYOR | torp
26/6/2019 09:10 | There is always an opportunity on AIM to make money, even the most 'unloved' stocks rise multiples occasionally, you simply have to get your timing right. Is the time right at RGM - I think so, the new appointees are high profile, more news is forthcoming, a new direction seems obvious. Worth noting Burton and 3%+ shareholder Paul Johnson also have a 'following' | the_debt_collector
26/6/2019 07:21 | The herd will arrive here soon, so many of these AIM minnows have the 400%+ two/three day momentum rise. The new board appointees are high profile plain and simple, a Newco is being built. Ignore the trolls and stale bulls they are financially redundant due to past losses. Get in before the herd - I am. | space_dust |
